Here's something for all of you Final Fantasy nuts: The Black Mages (http://www.square-enix-usa.com/uematsu/black_mages/index.html). I think the music is pretty interesting for a rock and roll approach to Final Fantasy music. I particularly liked the re-done FFVII boss theme :)

Ah, that brings back lots of memories...I remember playing the game on my old p166...the game ran horribly slow...and i had to jack up the battle speed just to get a decent pace fighting the battles...and the timers didn't slow down along with the rest of the game...so i had to hurry up making it by like 1 sec everytime...but yeah, their version is good :)

I personally don't like electric guitars too much. I did like the redone FFVII boss theme [like boneyjellyfish]. My friend who loves classic rock and anime, loved it.
Most of tracks are okay, The Decisive Battle (FFVI) is awesome, but still as good as SSH remix though.
i've had this for a while but thanks for the link for those who have not
That cd is amazing. I love the miniboss music from FFVII (can't think of what the song is called now, I'm sleep deprived). The JENOVA theme is also quite good. It really is a great CD.
The FFX remix of the final fight with seymour is great
(Speaking about strange... A guy just sent me this and I'm now listening to it :twitch: )
From what I already heard, it looks pretty good. Nice guitar solos and such.
Nah, not my cup of tea, The Black Mages. I felt that there were several other songs that should've been there, but which weren't. It's a decent album, but not much more.
It's not at S.S.H level, but that's just a personal preference.
