Sorry if I sound cynical, but I think someone already pointed that this summary is really not trustworthy ... in fact, most of the time, she's the one who's being constantly "observed" by the people around her (and not the other way around) ... and more, it's just too weird to be qualified as mere "observations" as it's almost on the same level as exhibitionism and/or voyeurism >.> ... well, it's very funny nonetheless

I can see this being a 3-minute anime. Somewhat more fanservicey than the average 3-minute anime, but that's not necessarily a condemnation.

Asuka is a curious highschooler whose how people might observe her from their point of view. The episode begins when Asuka accidentally lift her skirt with her bag, causing most men to see her striped panties. Fortunately, a young man helps Asuka to solve her skirt issue. The character designs gives me Bleach vibes (due to the fact they share the same character design) and I don't find the pantyshots as gratuitous as I thought. Will watch the future episodes because I didn't usually expect something until I started to watch and like it.

Episode 1 is a pretty direct adaptation of the first manga chapter -- biggest differences are the guys at the bus stop are much more cartoonish in the anime and Asuka comes across as more trollish at the end.

I'm torn between liking it and feeling dirty for watching it.

I didn't think it would air so soon. That's very interesting.

And upon watching episode 1, I can already see that this show can either become really hilarious or really old if it uses the same joke over and over again.

For now, though, these were the best three minutes of my life, as of that of the guys watching her, I'm sure. I liked how Asuka was far from embarrassed, and how her line suggests that she tends to do it purposely on other occasions.

BTW, better summary:

Asuka is a cute and clueless high school girl who habitually does things, in all innocence, that seem sexually suggestive to the men around her. Each chapter in “Today’s Asuka Show” features a different awkward situation.
