View Full Version : recommend new animes?
I like watching animes and the recent ones that I am watching and really like includes Gundam Seed, Naruto and GetBackers. Anyone have good recommendations as which animes are suitable for me?
I like those animes that are rich in storyline, great graphics especially when in battles. Oh, i've watch grappler baki 1 and 2 b4 and i loved it too.
Oh, and I've also watch Hajime No Ippo. I seems to have a liking for all those action animations. Give me a few suggestions?
- saiyuki reload (if you've watched the first season)
- full metal alchemist (good too, about seven epsiodes so far)
for licensed anime i reccomend Vandread. :D

Don't forget about some older anime that are good too. Shows that I recommend are:
Peace Maker Kurogane (New)
Hunter x Hunter (If you haven't seen it already ;)!!!)
I also would say naruto...but you are already watching that...lol

ROFL ROFL ROFL ROFL ROFL!!!! This was like my second anime! And its so old nowww. This is kind of nostalgic.
Code Geass: Great and detailed storyline for sure, quite recent and has great graphics. If you like Gundam and Death Note you'll like this.
Fullmetal Alchemist: Again great storyline and has great graphics, even if this is old, it's a classic everyone needs to see. Also if you like Naruto you'll probably like this.

So good storyline with great battle sequences? I will recommend Claymore, Shakugan no Shana, and Fullmetal Alchemist for sure, along with Chrno Crusade, Cowboy Bebop, Gunslinger Girl, and Samurai Champloo.
Code Geass, Shakugan no Shana, Clannad are some of the recent/ongoing animes that I really liked.
If you want to go older, you can check out Rozen Maiden and Full Metal Alchemist.

Why are we posting here?
I'm assuming the op got what he wanted four years ago.
But I'll second everything that's been said anyway, for those who are taking the time to look through threads for recommendations as opposed to reposting "looking for action" threads.
