I feel like the writers just decided to throw everything into the episode at once with the action and Akari's abilities. Kyochikutou also has some weird abilities related to poison but whatever. The gatling gun part was almost funny to watch. Akari's fighting skills showed this episode though.

That ending felt really rushed, like they wanted to introduce another antagonist at the end to take on the girls. I expect some rushed and maybe some heart to heart talk between Akari/Aria in the end based on the anime preview.

Not a bad episode. It went basically as you'd expect. Was kind of fun in a sense seeing Kyochikutou just annihilate the main group without breaking a sweat. And frankly she probably could have done the same with Akari if she actually had wanted to. Hardly needed a gatling gun really. Just pull out another poison trap and boom, Akari captured. But she really wanted to push her and maybe get the reveal of Takamakuri.

Although umm...I know the episode wanted to end on that cliffhanger, but shouldn't part of this conflict have mentioned Akari's sister? Wasn't this whole mess because she's currently dying right now? I mean sure she was arrested, but instead of congratulating themselves or dealing with cryptic warnings shouldn't a focus have been "cure my sister damn it"?

Instead now we're on to this random secondary fight :). Oh well, that should be pretty fun I think.
