NaruTaru...pretty dark right there (more of a horror or shock value manga though)
3x3 Eyes-i should have put this above NaruTaru, but 3x3 Eyes has to be the best horror manga i've ever read. The characters are great, it's gory as hell, and still manages to have a good storyline

If you like horror..... check out Junji Ito's manga.
For example: Tomie.

I hate reading those at night times.....
