Maaya Sakamoto! and Akino Arai

Well i just wanted to know who else thinks these 2 japanese singers rok! I really like their music :D O yeah i also wanted to know, in the song The Garden Of Everything by Maaya Sakamoto whats the name of the guys singing with her or is it unknown and irrelevant? Thanx xxx

Well Maaya Sakamoto is one of my favorite singers and I listen most to the album
Grapefruit :), but I do not know Akino Arai :(.

I also think Yoko Kannon is great, of made up languages songs I think Cat Delicacy
on the Escaflowne OST is one of the best.

"The Garden of Everything" is a duet by Sakamoto Maaya and Steve Conte. Steve Conte is another of Kanno's regulars... he has previously worked with her on Cowboy Bebop and Wolf's Rain.

I picked off his voice the second I heard the song. And its such a fucking great song too... :)

I just heard the song! it's great!
It's very experimental and I think mixing in the Prince Igor tune with Maaya Sakamoto singing it is a smart idea.
Her vocals has a very dreamy quality. :)

Steve Conte and Maaya Sakamoto are both really amazing and the Garden of Everything is one of my favorite songs. Okay - here's a big request for anyone willing to step up. Can I get a complete list of the songs Maaya Sakamoto has done for any and all anime? I know a few, so...
