I was just curious, how does the creators/writers etc... create a chapter? This goes for all manga creators....I'm curious because I've just started reading manga :)

For instance, naruto is currently at chapter 194. Do they already know where the story is at like 5-10 chapters away? OR they just making the story and drawing it up each week as they come out?

While there are some manga that don't seem to be planned out very far in advance, most authors seem to have most of the story mapped out ahead of time. I can think of quite a few instances where I have seen something early on in a manga, then many volumes later it is cleared up.

How many english volumes of the Naruto are released?

And I think the translations are just crap much of the time. Is it correct translated, or is just a bad translation?
