Oh my god, I just crapped my pants. To Heart is such a fantastic show. I only just got around to watching it early this week and re watching it the other day. And now it's licenced. Awesome. They won't be able to take my money fast enough. :)

It looks to me that the negative image about anime based on ero-games is lifting in North America. Finally! Now, come on... how about Da Capo and KgNE next... and what about Kanon?

Did that ever exist? Aren't ero-game anime a recent thing? Comic Party was the first to be released here, and it's very recent.......isn't this more a fansub culture issue? It won't be publized that these anime are based on ero-games, I'm sure, and none of them are available in English.

Oh, HOORAY, for goodness' sake Boys Be is finally licensed. I was thinking this would ahve to be put in the same category as Slam Dunk, widely available in SEAsia but not in America...

The choices suprised me, since I thought Boys Be and To Heart were pretty "old", since the current fad is to chase the latest anime.. but come to think of it, it *might* just work out. Needless to say, some exposure is better than none; maybe this will get some of those paralysed Boys Be sites back to life.

And I'm still buggered by how Chiharu left her summer love. Can't quite remember.

Yeah it really surpises me that they would license "slow shows" like these two. Especially To Heart because nothing actually happens in those 12 episodes :p . I wonder if someone is interested in Piano allready :). Usually slice-of-life gets ignored it seems. The anime fanbase must be growing and getting open to more different genre's.

I think we can safely say that KGNE is gonna get a license as well, sooner or later. The popularity can't possibly be unnoticed by the licensors. it's only a matter of time.
