I'm having some trouble posting, because the server is always busy (and it tells me so)...

Not a problem here, it seems to be running quite smoothly. Perhaps it's a problem with your connection, or perhaps with your browser. Have you tried going to another vBulletin forum to test if there's a problem there too?

Sorry, had to install Php 4.3.4 Stable + Mod SSL for new Apache. Now it`s fine.

Current load limit is set to 20. This means that if you see the
server busy page, the server is REALLY busy. I put that in there
to not have the server meltdown or something when the load
gets to high.

Normally this should pretty much never happen...
Messing with system configuration is not a normal situation.

I had a small problem with MMCache.. forgot the recompile it via new Php Version... that`s why it got high... I deactivated it now... and wait till sourceforge it online again; since there is a new version...

I've now upped the limit to a level that if you STILL get that
server busy message, the server is about to melt. Or: you'll
notice on other ways that the server is rather busy (ie. slow).

Afaik the server has already been running that for a while. The server
admin is updating the server software nearly all the time.

+ massive flood against this forum; every little possibility was used... but should be stable now (well, i can`t guarentee it for 100%, but we try our best..).
