Possible sticky?

I know this is probubly asking a bit much, but I was wondering if it was ok for the mods to sticky this thread. (http://forums.animesuki.com/showthread.php?t=219&highlight=common) I think it's quite helpful (sure is to me) and I think it would be helpful to others as well, especially those new to anime. :) If you can't sticky it for any number of reasons, then no problem. :D

Quick answer... no, sorry (at least I won't make it into a sticky).

The problem is that there are to many stickies as it is, the more there are, the less likely the important ones will be read. And I'm afraid that I don't see this one as being directly related to the site, while interesting it's not important.

As a consolation, would there be some way to merge all the sticky threads into one huge informational page? One where all the stickies are at. Just a thought. Then all you'd have is one all encompasing info sticky per forum. :)

Its the same, if you flood the forum with sticky or use just one, the usefulness of it will collapse.

They work good as they are right now imho, there is no need to remove and/or add new ones if there is no need to.
