Melody of Oblivion Soundtrack

I saw someone post a link to a place with a few OST's for Melody of Oblivion in stock.
Since the OST is japanese and not produced/licensed in America (yet) is it legal to torrent the ost?
Seems like there isnt going to be alot of them available and im sure the fans of Melody of Oblivion would love to hear it.
