Hey there! I was listening to full metal alchemist's first OST and there is one song I like in particular called "Brothers" (song #22 i believe). It has a singer and chorus, but sounds almost as if they're singing in a european language. Does anyone know what language they're singing in? Also, does anyone know the lyrics (plus translation) to the song? Thanks!

The song is Russian.

I'll look for the lyrics when I get home (this PC can't do Russian input >.> ) but there's no promises for the translation.See the "Corrected 'Bratja' lyrics..." thread in the Fullmetal Alchemist (http://forums.animesuki.com/forumdisplay.php?f=31) forum.

Edit: Dammit, you edited to quickly :p
I think I'll go to bed early tonight U_U;

Russian and a little bit of english in the chorus. Speaking of songs in different languages, though, does anyone know anything about Yoko Kanno's own language? Green Bird from Bebop and Cycle from Wolf's Rain were both in that language... for that matter, do you guys know if any of her other songs are also in YK?
