Having problems with the d/ls

I have been using bit torrent files from here for many months now, using the same pc and everything and never experienced a problem. Until recently, about a week or two ago it seems I can't d/l anything. Everytime I click on the episode for the series I want instead of seeing the usual screen, I get a white screen with a litte box in the upper left color with three colors in it. This happens with any d/l that I am trying to get. So if anybody out there knows how to fix this problem or what it is exactly I would greatly appreciated it......

Firstly, Uninstall BT completly from the Control Panel and restart your machine. After that try to install either the latest version of the Exp 3.2.1b Client or the new normal 3.3.

If the problem remains, get a screenshot and post it (you can use www.uploadit.org or www.free-host.com as hosts) so we will be able to analyze the problem more clearly. Thanks.

I tried what you said....And it still didn't work and I even went to try and take that screen shot you asked for....But I believe that my computer is equiped with the program to take screen shots....I had two other people look at it and they couldn't get it to do it either..... :(

HOLY COW, did RIAA hit anime too???? all BT links got shutdown or something for the pass 2 hours. and no, I don't have a firewall or share line
