If this is the OST for the future onegai Friends series. Why the Onegai Friends OST came out first, before the TV series ?

This is the Onegai Twins Drama Side-Story Onegai Friends - as the album title suggests, it's the fourth drama CD from the Onegai Twins cast, and supposedly this one introduces some new cast members (I think).

(I guess the fact it's not actually music makes this off-topic to the forum, but I'm actually not sure where it would go either...)

Im pretty sure your correct I have this and all the voices are from the second series Twins ^^;
