Description of fansub groups forum?

Should the fansub groups forum officially include discussion on howtos? Right now it just states that you go there if you want to talk with or about fansub groups.

Yes, I know the threads are there. It's just that upon first glance in the top level layout of the forum, especially for people new to animesuki, most people end up misplacing and/or not finding the 'how to fansub' threads, so we end up having them crop up in all the other forums. I was thinking that maybe "how to fansub questions are answered here" might help if appended to that forum's description blurb.
