View Full Version : Newb Question: Episode + Specials Order Lists?
Hi guys,
I'm a total newb here. I guess I'm not afraid to admit the truth. Well anyways, I've recently been getting into my first Anime....which is Naruto. So i've been doing a bit of research and apparently there Specials and a supposed Movie that will be released relating to the series. I'm not sure after which episodes I should be watching these extras.
So my question is:
Are there any sites with accurate lists for Anime that have the order in which episodes should be watched along with any possible specials, movies, and extras?
Thanks in advance for any possible replies! :heh:
Not sure why this thread was moved cause I was not just specifically looking for an episode list for Naruto. I was just looking for a site or something that had a database of episode guides for many Anime series so I wouldn't have to be asking for an episode list everytime I watch a new Anime series.
Sorry for any confusion caused.

Yes, I misunderstood your post :uhoh: Moved it back into the General Anime forum.
If you have a look at the AnimeSuki series list (http://www.animesuki.com/series.php), you will see all the series with torrents available. If you then click on a particular series, you will see links to a number of sites where you can find further info. Typically you will have links to AnimeNfo (http://www.animenfo.com/), AniDB (http://anidb.ath.cx/perl-bin/animedb.pl) and ANN (http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/) among others. You should find what you are looking for somewhere there.
Hmmm, I hate to be a nuisance but that's just a bit off from what I'm looking for. I'm looking for episode lists that include any extras (i.e. specials or movies).
For example: I think there are 2 Naruto specials released on the Jump Fiesta DVDs. I want to know after which Naruto episode should I watch the 1st special and after which episode should I watch the 2nd? Because I wouldn't want to mess up the order of the intended plotline.

We tend to list the specials when episode order matters such as One Piece (http://www.animesuki.com/series.php/8.html), Wind (http://www.animesuki.com/series.php/44.html) or Hunter x Hunter (http://www.animesuki.com/series.php/103.html). The reason that we don't list a viewing order for Naruto is that there is no importance to when or how you watch those two pointless OVAs. As long as you've seen the first half-dozen episodes you shouldn't have any problem seeing the Jump Fiestas at any time. Or skipping them altogether if you're lucky.
NoSanninWa, that's the answer I was looking for. Thanks for clearing things up. :thinker:
