Unable to use quick tag buttons

Not sure what's causing this but I've been able to replicate this on several browsers on two separate OS's. What I'm encountinger is where you click on one of the quick tag buttons at the top of the message window and it either pops up asking for input, or simply inserts the first or last half of the tag. Well, for some reason the tags never get inserted into the message pane. I can get the normal prompts on the URL and IMG quick tag buttons, but nothing beyond that. The other buttons do nothing but click. Anyone else having these issues? Any suggestions on a fix?

I've had that problem...sometimes when i'm in the "advanced" mode the quick buttons dont work...after i click it all it does flash...and go to the top of the page....but it doesn't happen all the time though...it's like i have a 50/50 chance of it working to nto working...so in the end i just try to type them out...it usually isn't a problem but sometimes i want to insert a url with only the little text and not have the entire address and i'm not too sure how those tags work yet...

and on a side note...i've had the same problem with smilies...i would click the button to show the window for all the smilies and every time i click one the screen flashes and takes me to the top of the page without inserting it...

Yeah, I've noticed that the smiles are doing that with me too.

I have that problem all the time... sometimes they work, sometimes they don't...

I just have to type in the tags or smilies manually.

Any of the admins come up with a solution for this, or aren't they able to recreate it? Or is this an issue that will be fixed in the final release of vBullitin that is a problem in the beta, casue we ARE using the beta version afterall. :)
