Any idea how long they plan to run this show? It does have a lot of material to work with considering the manga lenght so I thought it could go 50+ ep if done right.

They look OK. I don't think anime will be able to capture the unique look of the manga.

Looks a lot like the manga to me. I hope the animation is good, but more importantly I hope they don't drag it out with stupid filler. The dragging-out potential is defiantely there...

it is a big event held yearly by the publishers of Shonen Jump. Many neat things come out of it like "pilot" eps for seires that run in the manga, What the thread was refering to is the 2004 one that had a direct addaption of memories in the rain which was the first ever animated Bleach. other Bleach things that have come out are the bleach ova "seal sword frenzy"
