What I do is look at the suggestions for good-reviewed non-liscened Anime. (Kind of self-explanitory.) Then I just downlod them via bittorrent.

<edit> I think I miss-understood you, do you want a site? Umm... Animesuki.com (the actuall website, not the forum.) has almost all un-liscened. (if not all)
