looking for a missing website

My PC broke down recently and all my Favorites sites went with it. I'm looking for a bit torrent forum that has a guy ( I think it's a guy... ) wearing a skirt or school uniform at the left hand corner of the site. I forgot the name of the site, but it has all sorts of asia topics like asia movies,games, music etc. You can download alot of asia movies from korea, Hong Kong, Japan etc.
Hopefully some of you guys can help me.

In other words, it sounds just like a site which would list licensed material...
