Everyime I power up I get this......

It means your're missing a part of the file to run. You'll need to reinstall the program. I think wildtangent is a spyware though, I'm not sure. I checked on google, most people said it came bundled with AIM, so I just removed it.

Wildtangent is used in some apps for "network performance" installations but in general, it's a spyware as Chaoz says. Just uninstall it. It will leave behind the directory so manually remove the wildtangent directory from your program files.

What should I do?

To kill the alert, either load msconfig (start->run->msconfig) or grab a copy of "hijackthis" and delete/disable the entry (Startup tab in msconfig, uncheck the box/check the box in hijackthis and hit fix checked). You usually get that after deleting wildtangent.
