Guardian Hearts

I jst downloaded Guardian Hearts 1-2., but when i tried to watch it all i got was a green image...Anybody else have this problem ?
Or know how to fix it ??

First step is to learn in which forum you should post such questions.

Second step is to read the stickies in the Playback Help forum.

If you do that, it will solve your problems (hint, it's a codec problem).
