Heres wat i think will happen at the very end of One Piece

The Schibukais will fall down, all 7. White beard, Red Hair, and Straw Hat will be the only pirate groups to reach the final island of Grand Line since Gold Rogers. White beard will fall out of the race frst, and at the end right in front of One Piece Shanks and his crew face Luffy. The final battle begins, but not with killing intent. the one fat guy will face off agaisnt sanji, 1st mate will go against zoro, Usopp vs Yasopp and Luffy vs Shanks. Luffy will win out and take the one piece with Shanks saying something like "u finally did it!" Wat do u guys think?

That would be a good ending and it seem to be very possible. You know, the one thing that make me really wonder was how come really strong pirate such as Shank didn't reach One Piece. Or maybe he almost reached One Piece Island but was screw by some sea demon. That could explain his scar.

maybe they got stronger while luffy was growing up. PLus the challenge of the grand line isnt only strength, but also brains and luck. Land on the wrong island and ure gonna have to wait up to several years for ur log pose to lock on to the frequency. With little navigating skills u can end up at the bottom of the ocean. You need a good boat, money, supplies. lot of things get in ur way that strength alone cant do.

shanks might have gotten that scar in a fight when he was really weak. Remember he used to be Buggy's crewmate.

Nope, I won't accept that Shank got the scar when he was weak. :x I was hoping it was from some strong dude/gal that haven't been mentioned in anime/manga yet. Btw, OP and Naruto are so alike in the part where there are just so many hidden strong character that make it seem there is unlimited strong character. So, trying to fit all of those characters in and develop them would take at least 300eps. That sound great to me.

Actually, not really. The anime is closing in on the Manga very quickly and if my understanding of where they are in the manga, they're perty darned close to the last island in the Grand Line right now. A few more months and it's gonna be battle like no other. :)

My question though would be if Luffy gets the One Piece, what's gonna happen after that? We're talking about someone who's not only seriously powerful now, but he's also gonna be on every single pirates sh** list until the day he dies. So on top of the marines wanting him dead, he's gonna have perty much everyone else after him too. :)

Well, I think at the final Luffy and Shanks will find the One Piece together. And they'll discover that it's not a treasure of gold and jewels, but something even bigger, and more emotional.

Robin just beat Yama in episode 174. In episode 175 (I've just seen the raw). It ends just like chapter 267, with Zoro, Waipa, Omu, Gon Fouru and that huge snake preparing for the battle. They're still on the Skypiea arc.

We can't assume Skypiea is next to the island where the One Piece rests. We don't even know in which land the One Piece is in.

:thinker: ~Turns into fat comic-book guy from The Simpsons~ I speculate sooner or latter Luffy will meet up with some other kid with the exact goal as his….(Come one like he’s the only person in the WORLD that has the dream to become the King of Pirates). The Straw-Hat crew finally gets to the 'Final Island'. Luffy on the ‘other kid’ have a stand off and it’s a fight to the death. Everyone is there pirates and marines. A really cool battle hapens Luffy defeats the ‘other kid’ but he doesn’t kill him. Just as Luffy his claiming his prize the island begins to blow up (Volcano!). Everyone tries to escape, Luffy tries to get out with the treasure but he gets trapped. Shanks saves him last minuet and gets killed. At the very end Luffy takes the straw hat and tosses it in the ocean in memory of Shanks...Best Ending Ever!!! :thinker:

well for the ending of this i would speculate 2 things

1. it comes down to luffy vs. someone with my money on coby simply because he will return in some stronger form and afterwards luffy will go the same way Gol D. Rogers did.

2. the other ending is they finally make it to raftel and the one piece turns out to be something a) stupid or b) remember gaimon and the empty box?

but like someone said its way too early to make predictions after all there are tons of things to take carew of before that. specially with the new characters coming up and those super weapons.

Ya know what'd be funny? It would be funny to find out that One Piece wasn't real and that it was a HUGE prank by Gol D. Roger just before he died. But I do agree with the previous poster that OP is probubly going to end with Luffy ending up like Gol D. Roger and have the cycle repeat itself. Hmm, I wonder who the next pirate king will be if that happens? :)

I think in the end, after Luffy becomes the Pirate King, his voyage wont stop, they'll sail around in the other blue seas for a while, South, North, West, back to East.

As for the final scene I envision he will have just gotten back from having a ordeal trying to get a musician to join him. The musician refused thousands of times because he just wanted to be by himself and play, but Luffy saves his life. The musician still wont join. So Luffy leaves disappointed and then in the night they hear the musicians music coming from the deck, he became a member, woke everyone up with his annoying music that only Luffy and Chopper would love and they sail out into the distance, and we hear Luffy going "Yahoo!!!".

I don't know why but that's the way I've envisioned it for the longest time.

The final scene will probably be some little punk kid having Luffy's Straw Hat and putting on his head claiming he'll become the pirate king.

Well i can't think of an ending. There are so many possibilities considering that One Piece doesn't seem close to being done. I don't really like the Luffy beatin gShanks part. Maybe they will tie? Whitebeard and Gol D. Roger anyone?

Whitebeard didn't tie with Gol D. Roger he was the only one surviving a fight against Roger. It could be that they became friends and Gol didn't kill him.

nine devil dude check your sources Whitebeard tied in a fight with Gol D. Buggy says so himself that right now with Gol D. gone Whitebeard is the one closest to One Piece and most powerful pirate. Blackbeard is that loser going around the Grand Line trying to get himself into the empty shichibukai spot left by Crocodile.

Luffy vs. Shanks seems a bit farfetched considering how much luffy adores him.
