Anyways, from what I've seen from other people's posts about the same thing, it's usually your firewall that's preventing it from moving and\or the settings on your browser needs to be changed.

Number two, it's most likely that your browser has GIF animations set to "Off". Which web browser are you using? Are you behind a firewall?
