Harry Potter "Invisibility Cloak" for auction

I found this being auctioned in the Taiwanese Yahoo auction site. It's in Chinese, but it's basically claiming it's selling an invisibility cloak on behalf of a Mr H Potter. It even has photos. The top two are large size, the bottom one is small. One of the features is that it has "high transparency", even Muggles can use easily.

I'm simply speechless at what people can sell. Isn't this just like the Emperor's New Clothes? :heh: :heh: :heh:

These people should of thought it out better. It's the invisibility cloak, not the invisible cloak. Getting sparkly black cloth would of did the trick. :heh: But yeah, my reaction at the pictures was LOL!!! Because I was expecting someone to sell some black cloth claiming it's the invisibility cloak. Not thin air. :D

And the Emperor's new clothes, lol. I forgot about that until you mentioned it. Hahahaha.

Not very authentic. The cloak is suppose to become invisible while being worn, not while being held.

Actually, the cloak is only invisible when Inversed.


It has a visible, and an invisible side. Its only invisible when they wear it because they have the invisible side out, It could very easily be flipped around to visible side out and be worn like a normal cloak

oooo dumb auction items!!! I saw an e-bay auction on a single green blade of grass between two piece of tape and it was being bidded on last I saw of it was at 30 dollars! :o but I did say this on some thread a while ago...but yea the reason behind the 30 dollars and the tape is because first it was claimed to have been grass from the super bowl and second the tape was considered protective casing.......-_-;; and I believe there was another one but it was a larger patch just spray painted. I think at a much more higher value.
