songs are always licenced..a google search will give you what you want.

Just in case you're curious, the songs are probably *not* licensed, but that doesn't give you the right to get it for free. Fansubs are still illegal, but at least it's giving you something you couldn't get from the original (aka subtitles). You could always just purchase music from places like cdJapan and you can listen to it. And hey! You don't even have to worry about region encodings! :D
