Naruto Signature & GIF request Thread [Read guidelines]

Well this is a recreation of the famous "Taking requests for Naruto GIF's" thread that was deleted. Since all the GIF's were deleted Im going to have to repost all the GIF's that Ive created again (this is going to take some time so please be patient).


1. Please specify episode and timeframe of the GIF
We're not psychics. We do not know what you want, so give us something specific to work with. Be detailed about the description and make sure you keep the timeframe something of 2-3 seconds long.

Example: I want a GIF from Episode 1453 where Naruto gets eaten by a bear. Timeframe of: 10:32-10:34.


Dont ask what software was used to create these GIF's.
This isn't the thread to discuss that. There's threads already out there for that, so go off and search for them.


Only ask for GIFs abiding by AnimeSuki Rules
This is mainly aimed towards avatars since its easier to meet the size requirements that were on this message board earlier. So that will be 100x100 and under 50kb. Signatures may be requested but they should be under the 50kb requirement also.


Be Patient
Don't be stringy and keep asking for your GIF, you will get them when you get them. If you want your GIF sooner then go make them yourself. We are doing this for you from our own free will. We're not your dogs, so don't ask like you're the master.

If you do not follow by these rules, you will be ignored. So don't bother asking again until you properly request something. And if you are just plain annoying, Dranz will come in and silence you.

Well when it comes to pictures the old message board would only let me post around 4 to 5 pictures per post. Not sure if it was a size limit or what. I havent tested this new board and I didnt wanna waste time getting all those links in one post to find it wouldnt work and have to do seperate posts. So I had my reasons for doing seperate posts.

I just went through a few requests at a time, made the pictures, then posted em and moved on to the next series. Im sorry if that makes you mad but thats how it was done before.

I was wondering if you could make me a GIF of him performing the crescent move attack right before he gets killed (I think its in the 50's of episodes)... I also would like a little picture of his face before he makes the move. Well, you can just leave out the picutre of his face and just do the scene of him attacking in front of the moon. NO need to get his face in the second one (well, a close up). All I want from taht is just a picture of him coming down upon the Sand Chuunin while the moon is behind him. Just htat little 2-3 second clip... if that isn't possible, its all good. That end part is more of what I am looking for... can you start the clip right when he jumps up into the air (before the stuff you already have) and does the flip type deal and then he comes down. The end is perfect, I was just wondering if you could edit out taht first scene of the GIF and just add the part where he is way up in front o fthe moon...

Like -Andi- just stated. This GIF doesnt loop well because of the clouds and cause the Naruto's actually move a little forward. I edited the one I made previous to take out the text but your gonna have to live with the bad loop :(

i was re-watching ep 17 today i just saw a bunch of potential for some awesome gifs. uzimaki already made one but if you're an elite gif maker and you want some gifs to make take a look at the scenes where kubyi's chackra is being released into naruto's body. everything from pretty much the start of the episode till he punches haku he almost punches haku in the face the second time [1:30 - 5:40] has awesome clips that could be turned into gifs.

in particular i was hoping some one could make a gif of a scene where naruto is portrayed in that hyper action black and white style and also one of naruto standing in front of the breaking mirrors after he punches haku for the first time and you can see his face.

of course, all are appreciated =D

I think all Naruto viewers deserve a good Sexy no Jutsu avatar. I can't think of a particular episode or scene to draw from, but I could go look if someone wanted me to do that part of the work.

Edit: I just went back... wayyy back... to episode 1, and that seems pretty much perfect. It's about 3:16-3:21 on my version--when Naruto is supposed to transform into Iruka Sensei just like everyone else in the class, but he instead performs Sexy no Jutsu. Right after he says "Transform!" you see him standing there, see the transformation smoke, and then see the Sexy no Jutsu figure blow a heart-kiss and wink--all in about 5 or 6 seconds.

I don't know about the rest of you guys, but I still choke on my own laughter every time I see Sexy no Jutsu--it hasn't stopped making me guffaw even after 56 episodes!

Alright, I have a tough one...Episode 57, between 9:35 and 9:41 I noticed that you might be able to make a very good .gif ... He is in the tree, his expression changes, he busts out his telescope, and spies on the girls. Just loop that part forward and backward so it goes smoothly, don't just start the animation over so it looks cheapy. Make it blend together cause I know you can copy frames in Image Ready. See what you guys get.

It depends on how long the Gif is, if it is a still gif I can do it in 2 minutes. Or if its shortly animated 3-5 minutes. But when ppl ask for long scenes 5 secs + it could take from 5-20 mins to make it right.

Humm.. GIFs take between 10 minutes and 5 hours depending on the size and what I'm doing. Photoshopping the GIF is harder. I have spent 8 hours on a 300-frame GIF once.

i just finished reading usumaki's how to make a gif tutorial. it was awesome, thnx =D for practice i whipped up the two below. they're pretty simple but i think they look pretty cool. each one took me about 15 mins to make mostly becuase i was just messing around with imageready to see what i could do [autolevels, autocontast, etc]. the hardest part of the whole gif making process for me [at least for those] was getting them under 50k. anyway, lemme know what yall think:

hey uzumaki, im havin a bit of trouble with your tutorial. in the section where you talk about cropping it sounds like its as simple just just going to image crop. thats not working for me, crop is grayed out.

im trying to use it after getting rid of some frames in the manner that you describe [using the selecting frames and then using the trashcan icon]. ive tried selecting just one frame and going to image -> crop and ive tried selecting all the frames, neither works.

any clues?

im using the latest version of imageready btw.

i wanted it from exactly the following scene(its between 9:40 - 9:50) :

Sasuke charges towards haku
haku charges towards Sasuke
the hit and spin
ends with a close up to haku ...

duno if that will take up too much for an animated gif..but would appreciate anything u do guys.. thanx!

i looked at that and for it too look natural it just wouldnt work. from my experience [which is only 5 gifs but hey] we're pretty much limited to something like 10-15 frames for a decent size 256 or 128 color gif. to cram 10 seconds of footage into 10 frames is damn near impossible. but if someone else can do it, mad props.

i had to make the image smaller and lose some frames to get it right under 51k (know I knew what aroon was tellin me...plus i am not experienced when it comes to optimizing animated gifs)
if u choose one of the 2 fireball scenes then i would make it bigger and more detailed.
or maybe one of the gif gurus around here could make it better than what I did;)
