Is thier anygood pc games out thier? Online games are fine, i just want to play something good. I really dont care what type of game it is (expect for sports =/).

If you like WWII First person shooters BattleField 1942 is like crack for me, for 1 player I tried the Call of Duty Demo and it was cool as hell, and got great reviews. I think www.videogames.com allows you to download the demo for free.

FinFangFoom I already played/have those games, and they are like weed to me X.x
I'm a huge fan of the Baldur's Gate games and Icewind Dale games, although both games' 1st are kinda old now and not as good as its' sequels. I would definitely go with Baldur's Gate then to Baldur's Gate II because they both tie into each other. However Icewind Dale 1 wasn't that good so stay away from it, but Icewind Dale II is a fantastic game and has nothing to do with the 1st one, so you can play that one. Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic is a fantastic game and if for the pc now. Another great game is Halo for the pc. Lastly i will mention Final Fantasy XI, it's like crack it's so damn good. Hope this helps some.

I have IceWind Dale II but got stuck at the part when you come out from that weiird temple on the other side of that portal, I can't beat that stupid dragon!!! Other than that it's pretty fun, but I wanna try the new GreyHawk Temple of Elimental Evil. Also the StarWars one sounds sweet, but I heard it's buggy so im waiting to hear that all the patches are out before trying.

I'm a complete and total Blizzard freak...lvl 90+ chars on D2X if ur into strategy games there's always WC3.
Balderu's Gate's also cool and besides that Morrowind III, Ian from Machall is making Mog skins (wants one) XD XD

Call of Duty - great game!
Counterstrike - 4 year old game but still lingers around because it's so much fun. online gaming at its best if you manage to find a server with no hackers.
Homeworld 2 - another great game
Prince of Persia - i played it on the ps2 but i believe they have a pc version out that's just as good. very addictive
Gunbound - i've heard a lot about this game and everyone who has played it said it's a lot of fun and very addictive.

CS. i've been playing this game for 2 years now...it never gets old, gah, it's so addicting, but i like it on LAN better... :heh: you actually get to hear the guy next to you cursing out lot for blasting his head into pieces... :frustrated: bah, wasn't really all my fault, i told them to turn the same team killing option off. :D now i'm trying to memorize all the quick-keys, since i suck so much....but PLAY CS!!!!
i also recommend simcity, the building phase is alright, but destroying it via Godzilla would be sooooo awesome...
eh... i also like tetris and landmine...

That is a serius must buy game, me loves those old Lucas arts games. Monkey Island rules!! :)

The 1st one kicked major ass! Though it was very short IMO.

If your into adventure games, I've heard "The Longest Journey" is supposed to be really good. It's not humor but really well made and got really good reviews. It didn't sell well at all so you can get it really cheap too.

I'd say, go play gunbound... oh, and SP looks kewl too... i'll try it today :)
Day of Defeat is pretty good too, and so is the Red Ochestra mod for UT.
Not free, but still very cool are Warcraft and Starcraft...
and that's about it :D

Need for speed 1 until Underground , C&C 1 until Generals, DeusEx, UT 1/2/3, Unreal 1 and 2, Mafia, Quake 1,2,3 etc. etc. etc.
Btw yesterday I downloaded the English version of the Love Hina GBA rom, but eeeeh,,
It's kinda cool when you are a true fan, but this must be the cheapest creation I ever saw......,, it's a shame..

Alright, I am pretty addicted to Guild Wars (all three campaigns, and I pre-ordered the upcoming expansion) and I am recovering from a brief affair with Maple Story. Counterstrike is an all-time classic of course ;)

Omg I can't believe no one's recommended any of the Command and Conquer games. They're the best! Ok I AM lagging behind... I haven't played any after Red Alert 2. But that game's brilliant for online play. I can't get enough! :D

you can't download it anymore, not too long ago they shut down the servers for good... kinda sad imo i always thought it was a very nice game.
but try http://global.lunia.com for a new type of MMORPG experience.
they tear out the ol' hack and slash crap and put in cut scenes along with a story! very nice game.
