If you've seen the show through the third episode, then you should know the meaning of Fumoffu. If you haven't seen it, then there is no way to explain the tremendous subtleties of this seemingly bizarre expression.

ya its just the sound bonta kun makes but isn't it a bit odd to name the second series based on a sound he makes haha.. o well

When Sagara gets into the Bonta-kun costume and tries to turn on the speakers the entire systems crashes (explained in one of the later episodes) so he has to use Bonta-kun without the speaker system, the effect is however that everytime Sagara says something Bonta-kun says fumo fumoffu etc... That's where they named the series after, as far as I know fumoffu doesn't mean a thing in Japanese ( I actually took out a Japanese dictionary and couldn't find a thing that relates to it)
