well erusu isn't dead yet x).. all the hime are back.. and they are the hime from the manga version.. also.. what's that thing next to mikoto? is it her child??

that thing next to mikoto is an orphan that she made into her pet. in the manga i don't think she had a child

The Final Phase Begin!
I'm with the others that say the manga's way better than the anime. As for it being chaotic, it would have been more interesting that way! I mean, compariing the anime and the manga would be like comparing Mission Impossible 2(Anime) and The Return of the King(manga). THe manga doesn't insult the viewers' intelligence and it does everything a story teller looks for with something that makes good stories...
...though I feel slightly cheated that Erstin's still alive. Kinda cheapens her sacrifice to save Manshiro.
But oh man, the last few pages were pure gold. It was Heroes Inc. Vs Evil Co. and you gotta hand it to EVIL!Mashiro. You expect her to put out four-of-a-kind and she whips out a Royal Flush. THAT'S the kind of villain you can't help but respect, admire, and fear all at the same time.

Can someone give a quick translation as to what Manshiro said to nina to make her blush so much?
Nina is such a cutie in the manga. It's refreshing considering the anime........

This is What Mai-otome should have been.
In order for that to work Mai Hime would have to be changed as well to make it work.
I really want to see Tate appear in this one more than ever.

i woudn't bother if mai hime anime changed.. but i'm part of the few people who actually enjoyed the manga ;)
however.. they'd have to keep shizuru as a the wicked hime chasing natsuki around!! :D (why isn't she a hime in the manga:(.. oh right, haruka is one.. aaah i want both of them to be hime! )
Maybe a Crossover Tate vs Sergei (Maybe...) :D

Tate's HiME - doesn't have a bad ring to it at all, I must say. If anything, if Tate shows up I bet its gonna be 'game over' for the HiME - he's an original Key to their lil earrings and whatnot.
