This was a very funny episode:heh: The dream sequence was hilarious. The mission impossible in itoko's bedroom was probably my favorite one of part the whole episode. Itoko' singing the ED from the first season while harima was being assaulted by her traps had me rolling:heh:. The third part was pretty good with Harima taking out temna, akira, and his little brother shuuji out to celebrate his birthday and not having enough money for the check:heh:.

It's still hard to say. It doesn't seem to be listed as a final episode on the website. Also, the material that it's supposed to cover doesn't seem like a likely place to stop. Just wait and see what happens.

Why would you think the series will stop here when there is definitely enough material from the manga to finish up a whole 26 episode season?

Maybe I missed out on some of the chat on this board, but seems like someone probably just started a stupid rumor or some webpage has some incorrect information. To be honest, I think the series will conclude with the ending of this season, and theres alot left to go from the manga to resolve some relationships hehe.

this show is no where near the popularity of the first season. it wouldnt surprise me if it was ended early. the story quality is far below the first season.

episode 12 was very good though. i dont see why everyone missed tenmas birthday? at first i thought they would have a surprise party for her, but that was not the case. its obvious what Eri's prior engagement was, but i thought that itoko would show up after harima had looked at the prices since it was her who gave him the book to go to that restaraunt. there was also no harima crying over being indebted to eri again lol, you know how he hates that.

Yes, I certainly enjoyed the parts where:

(a) Itoko sang "Otoko no Ko Onna no Ko"
(b) Tenma becoming all popular in the dream
(c) And most of all, Eri-chan paid Harima's bill. I thought he would have to start cleaning dishes again!

I hope SR term2 would have 24-26 episodes; I would love more SR. However, I have to agree that term2 doesn't seem to have the same oomph as term1. Personally, I blame the heavy focus on the side characters (they just don't seem as funny) and the romance story-lines drifting off.

Wow! Finally, a good episode after all those flat ones!

I certainly enjoyed every minute of it. What really cracked me up is the Dating-Sim part, and Itoko's defense mechanism + the song.

Of course, after the comedy, this episode delivered the unexpected - A FLAG SCENE!
With this development, Harima's notion of Eri as "only a rich kid" starts to diminish. Although at the end, its kinda sad that Harima spent his birthday alone :(. But he did make Tenma and Shuji really happy :D, which is probably the most (unconciously) selfless deed he has done all Semester.

This ep deserves a 9 in my book. :D

Yeah I laughed at that scene too with the whole "nice" "oh yeah" and "yeah". :heh: The sim dating scene also crack me up big time.

Though I agree this season is not as good as season one but it's still good enough.

Although at the end, its kinda sad that Harima spent his birthday alone :(If Eri-chan had shown up in the last scene I would've given 10. As it stands I would've normally given 7 or 6 for this ep probably, but since it had quite a bit of Harima and Eri-chan I went 8.

I love when Eri-chan mutters "baka". I grew all too fond of it in Love Hina with hapless Keitaro. Eri-chan is so genteel, #1 person! Btw...who the hell was Eri-chan eating with! Actually the baka scene maybe wasn't so great since she seemed unhappy

Dating sim and "nice" "oh yeah" "yeah" were funny parts in this ep. Akira is too all knowing, man that girl is keen and stoic. This ep was pretty constrained in the number of characters, much more so than most eps this season. 0 side characters and not even Hanai.

It was discussed in IRC and one of the admins/op said that SR2 is scheduled for 26 episodes. If they were to show 26 episodes, there is no doubt they can finish up until Volume 13 or more of the manga :).

Well, I'm a pretty new SR watcher I suppose....I had knew and heard about it for a while but I didnt watch it untill 2 weeks ago.....watched all of season one and the ova in like 2 days....

Now that Im caught up to season 2...

Anyways, I heard(wikipedia) that in the recent manga the focus has been shifted to Harima, Yakumo and Eri...if the series continues, when/which ep are we gonna see those animated? o.O

Hanai, Karasuma and others didn't even show their faces at all in this ep. Karasuma/Tenma has hardly been touched this season compared to last season where it was the spotlight

Since SR2 is loyal to the manga. I would think that after 2-3 episodes(if that 26 episode is true) It would be come interesting again. I do think that the manga was kind of boring from chapter 100ish to 140ish. after chapter 145 it became interesting again .

Totally agree, most of the previous ones felt to random even for SR.

Do you guys feel like the episodes of season two seem shorter than usual? or maybe it's just painful when it has to end and you have to wait another 1 week and half for the next one :D

finally watched this eps and i must say it rocks in comaprison to the others in this season :D the double dream sequance actually fooled me -____- i thought maby harima had a chance this time ub as usual they dropped a bomb shell :heh:
seeing harima go commando was also amusing XD no to mentaion the dating sims it was very funny...wonders of imagination ^^
and omg the trap that itoko set O.o she wanted to kill...all accompanied by her version of the ED to the first season XD still she is hot sleeping in her bed :love:

definitely a major improvement in enjoyment factor compared to the last few episodes..but still nowhere near the level of season 1

I can tell you for a fact that she doesn't know, but i'm not sure why she is sad exactly since i never read V11 of the manga but i've read V12 and onwards.

That part was added in the anime that didn't happen in the manga at the very end were she says "baka" and has a semi sad face.

So far of what I've seen in the manga which I'm up to date the only time she's sad when it involves with Harima is either when his mean to her or when she thinks his involve with someone else like with Yakumo but that part has been cleared up.
