I had a theory on how jutsus work, but instead of simple explaining it I felt a little creative and decided to write out this skit.

Molding chakra in the necessary amounts and proper portions is the essence of good chakra control. Of course every jutsu has its own unique formula, and the formula may vary depending on the attributes of the person performing the jutsu.

In your case, your natural composition is 55% wind based, 20% water based, 15% earth based, 8% fire based, and 2% lightning based. If you try mold the required 26 units of Lightning based chakra for Bushin no Jutsu with just your natural composition, you will be wasting 94.77% of chakra you molded. In such a case the jutsu will barely succeed and will be in bad taste.
