I just watched Saikano... man... I cried straight thru the whole anime... I'm such a crybaby... I used up nearly half the box of tissues... no joke... my eyes were red and puffy all next day... but man it was such a good anime :)

I've been a frequent visitor to animesuki since early summer, but I never reg'ed on the boards. I post on the VN boards under the name hitenMLF quite a bit for DAoC + FFXI. Played daoc for a year or so as Isua (50 infiltrator rr5L0, Merlin server) and Hiten (50 Shadowblade RR4L1, Morgan Le Fay server), and recently quit to play FFXI under the name Ediblefetus, a White Mage on the Phoenix server.

Hallo everyone. Damn... I suck at formal introductions. Anywho, this is my third time registering on the AnimeSuki Forums. First time I registered was way back on August 8th, as Hiko Seijiro. After the forum trouble, I re-registered as RahXephon, to explain my discontent over the problems that were afflicting the board at the time. Re-registered yet again, as soon as the conversion was complete. I've been idling around a bit, but I thought it was finally time I type up my first post, before I fell too far behind the times. Anyways, it's interesting to see a lot of old faces, as well as new ones; nice to meet you all. Also, nice job on the conversion; not quite the same as the old one, but it looks great nonetheless, and has a fresh, new feel to it. Kind of akward with the lack of the Get Backers, Onegai Twins, and Scrapped Princess Boards, though. Still, I'll be looking forward to posting here; the whole 'fresh start' idea doesn't seem so bad after all. So yeah... Hey all.

Im a college freshman in the middle of nowhere trying to get into the graphic design program (but what I really want to do is live the unfufilling life of animation!) Other than anime I enjoy eating pennies, sleeping outside, stalking guys who wear arm warmers (meow), making necklaces out of objects I find on the ground, and chasing pigeons but sometimes I feel bad so I sing to them. I would say I have a spastic personality, but I'm not a bad person, honest.

Hi, Kazaa user from Singapore. Just recently found out about Bit Torrent. Would like to help out if i can as my 18-hours-on-a-day Kazaa folder has gigs of english and fansub anime with high bandwith.

Still learning to use Bit Torrent. Quite an interesting concept its based on. Currently i am downloading from Xeno Weifs Kreuz as i have no idea how to download torrents.

To upload, all i need to do is have a file with the same name correct? Is there a standard format for naming these files?

Have got the hang of downloading; but still need enquiry regarding uploading. Once download is complete leaving the window open is one way to share. What about completed files? is it enough that they have the same name or must they be in a special folder(Kazaa?)?

Hi Racheal :) The process for uploading is the same as downloading. When you start the download and select which file you want to, use just point it at the complete file and you'll be fine; no special folder... As xris said, this is all explained in Flash_Squirrel's helpful thread ;).
