Hmm~ I really like that gun.
It's interesting how it's bigger or smaller depending on how she's holding it.

In normal weaponry the longer barrel equals higher speed, since the pressure pushes gives the projectile more energy.
Why would you need a long barrel for a laser weapon is beyond me. :rolleyes:

Here are some S-01 avatars. I did these 2 months or so ago. Never really posted them. ATT I just got bored so picked up IR and made them until I wasn't bored anymore. :heh:

From left to right up down, they are in chronological order.
The only criteria when I made them were:
they need to have at least half-decent quality and be animated.
each one needs to be made form the immediately closest scene that is doable under criteria (a) specifications.

I really experimented a lot, from timing to merging scenes of diffrent time frames xP All of them are animated, some just go one way and don't loop. (blame rule a.I)

Grin... I suppose the only explanation we can chalk up is that it gives her some sort of coolness factor - y'know, girls slinging huge guns around and packing all sorts of firepower :D That pic you have there looks like it would be the right length for a sig, too... how neat.

I almost forgot that it took four episodes to introduce Fate as "the bad guy," and the shadows do wonders for a girl that's so soft spoken. :heh: Do you mind if I use this as my avatar?

Anyway about the long barrel for the laser weapon. The reason for the long barrel is to possibly, avoid the disruption of the lasers path (Like a bullet traveling down the barrel. The longer the barrel, the bullet will have a smaller distance of strafing because of an external source of energy if the barrel is perfectly straight in theory). Energy moves like a wave so possibly the barrel helps focus the energy of the laser on to the target. I could be wrong hahahah.

As for the length, that's just because of the silly way I make screens.

Nop, those are made from subs actually (noteven raws lol ^^), their just easier to manage then starting riping the dvds.

Some of them do have something like 2-3 filters applied General|Red|Green|Blue Levels & Curves, shadows, highlights and every single color tweeked as well as some tricks applied ^__^ Like I said earlier I just made them for the purpose of experimenting since I was bored.

Hmm, since magic in Nanohaverse seems to be somehow tangible , they could coil 3 or so beems to keep the middle one straight~ but anyway. It's a plot weapon anyway. :)

I like the colorscheme, and the picture of the three in the looks great. Critical eye notices the black text on the dark background, but I like the mystery effect it creates.

I'll edit and change signatures when I get home. Louzy computer here. :heh:

The picture looks alright, could the text be removed, please? Makes little sense when it's not entirely present :rolleyes: I could try it myself, but I'm afraid to mess up with the light effect on the left.

Also some kind of thin border wouldn't hurt.

I didn't know what colour border you wanted, so I put gray. The text is gone but I think some of the lighting might have been a bit messed up. Its hardly noticeble though.
