At first I didn't understand what's going on, then I realized I'm supposed to read the first image from the right hand side.

Poor Chrono, Fate caught him thinking dirty thoughts of her. I take it that there's plenty of pages missing between these two images, as the story seems to jump a lot. Could it be an 18+ doujin?

The first image basically has Chrono starting to feel that Fate's Barrier Jacket is almost too "criminal". His mind then begins to wander......

The second image probably has Fate catching Chrono having his dirty fantasies red handed, and proceeds to blast him to oblivion.

All Nanoha and Fate fans will immediately notice the relevant posters in this month's Megami. They showcased Nanoha's new barrier jacket very well, but they partially blocked Fate's with those two brats. :(

On second thoughts, it looks like they are really emphasizing Fate's new MILF motherly image.

Well... thats quite an interesting collection of posters there....

but to stay on topic, it has me wondering how they'll be able to differentiate the characters sufficiently (both in personality and magical power effects). Nanoha's outfit is pretty spiffy.... but I think most of us were hoping Fate would stick with the gymnast look.... perhaps her field uniform still does that... or maybe she pulls one out when things get tough later in the series and she tells the TSAB they're reacting too slowly. :)

I keep seeing all these shorts and cutoffs and thinking of the Hitchhiker's Guide line: "Sitting in his resplendent battle shorts...."

Well, I think it's more the love love comparison. I don't think any touhou characters match up weith Fate. Komachi has a scythe so maybe in that respect, but she's also infamously lazy whereas Fate isn't.

Actually, Marisa and Alice's relationship isn't too far off from Nanoha and Fate's. Both fanbases have made one bashfully in love with the other, despite the creator's route.

I like her office attire and her barrier jacket. You just need to remember that she's supposed to have a modest figure. Arisa > Suzuka > Fate > Hayate > Nanoha is how it goes officially.

And the bow is big because it needs to be visibly damaged in near-miss attacks:)

Good point there. I remember the discussion on "magical attack recoil" on the StrikerS thread, so it would look totally badass if Nanoha had some "anchors" around her as she fires Gousatsu Excelion Crasher+++ or something.:)

Another good idea is to use those magical chainlinks that Yuuno used a lot in A's to Struggle Bind targets. If you've played Melty Blood and seen Sion's Black Barrel Replica special, then you'd get what I mean.

Take a look at Sion's Arc, about how the way she uses the Etherlite threads to anchor herself while firing that gun.

I love Fate as much as I love and worship Suzumiya Haruhi-sama, and a mere costume change is not going to change that!

Besides, we can always fall back on the costume that Fate uses to relax in. That is far sexier and superior to the one Nanoha uses, and will be something to behold when it gets animated.

Exactly what I was referring to. I don't think they'd leave a tidbit like that hanging, especially when they took the time to mention it in A's to Strikers. Granted we'll only see Adult Vita whenever they visit Earth, since it really will be weird for anybody familiar why Vita's still looks 10 when she should be a voluptous 20 ^^;;

THEY FIXED THE TELEPORT DANCE?!?! DAMNIT. That was my favorite goof. Well, not 'a goof' so much as 'a goofy-looking scene' but that just makes it worse.

Also, fixing that scene where the book is in English style (spine to the left of the cover) means I can now 100% rag on the directors for making a pseudo-space-German book read in the Japanese style. :rolleyes:
