By the way, some people are complaining on the art of StrikerS but I don't see anything strange. Well, apart from Nanoha's eyes(Grown up eyes aren't that wide, and Hayate-chan still looking like a kid- -not in figure but facials) the rest is super okay. *Mumbles* Especially Fate-chan's figure. *Snicker*

I agree that I'd like it if the faces were matured a little more. They look more mid-teens even by bishoujo anime standards... but then, Nanoha has always been like that. R1 and Lindy looked like they could be teenagers in some of the art too IMO.

It could also be that the series won't be starting off with Subaru/Teana joining Nanoha's Stars Team.

So when they join up, Subaru changes her uniform to look more like Nanoha, and Teana follows suit.

Also, it could be that the clothing they're wearing in the CM are not their barrier jackets.

Anyway as I said those pictures I cut were from the offical Nanoha site, so that just has me believe that those will be their barrier jackets until further notice...but your probably right and it isn't...we'll just have to wait until the show starts in the next few days...

I think those scans give a clear picture of Subaru and Tianas barrier jackets. The one on the left is clearly pre-joining, they have the designs we've seen on the website. Now look at the one on the right. There pictured with the ACES's and low and behold, the skirts have returned to the old cool look we've seen up to this point^^. Most likely when they join they change designs^^

Okay, sorry to dredge this up from 4 pages down, but I just noticed this when this picture came up when I was looking through my Nanoha stuff. If you look on her collar, you'll see a little line diagram. Well, that diagram symbol for Ideon. For those of you who don't know, Ideon is an old anime done by the same guy who did the original gundam. The main mecha is a 100 meter tall robot called Ideon. Ideon is one of the more powerful robots to come out of anime, with a black hole gun, a beam sword that can slice a planet in half, and a gun with infinite range that can blow away entire solar systems (I'm not entirely sure on this last one, but that's what I remember.) Finally, if you manage to destroy Ideon, it destroys the Universe. So with Nanoha now channeling the power of Ideon, whoever she's about to play with is, well, dead. Just thought this was funny when I noticed it, so I thought I'd share.

Thanks for translating humbug. I was going to do that page but there were 1 or 2 lines I just couldn't make out the meaning completely :p
Apparently Mikage Takashi (the author of A's nano...and now StrikerS web 4 panels) also done web 4 panels manga for other anime as well. Ages ago I read the 'Utawarerumono' by him, and just yesterday I read all of his Code Geass...I mean Code Geachu web 4 panels. I haven't check out the Code Geass thread but I wonder if anyone is translating those?

Apparently Chrono got 'moe' to nose-bleed with Fate calling him 'onii-chan'. The last panel is funny because he ask Fate to try to call him 'Ni-ya' intead :p
In case people don't get it, 'Ni-ya' is the way Aria address the 'older brother' in Sister Princess, and Aria is voiced by Nana Mizuki (Fate's seiyuu) as well :D Another seiyuu roles pun by the author w

I know that! But what I'm trying to say that 'GJ' there is more like a response to a fetish. It's like for example when we watch anime, we see a girl 'play with' another girl and dress her up in a 'moe' outfit and then the guys see it and stick their thumbs up with the 'moe-lised' expression (just like Hayate's expression there in that panel) and say 'GJ!!'
You got to take into account that the 'Hayate' in this author's 4 panels Nanoha A's nano has always been sort of an 'otaku' which like to force other people (her Knights :D) to cosplaying with the costume she choose for them as well as being a bit of a perv :P. And the that 4 panels there, it's hinted that Hayate has managed to 'train' Rein into picking up her bad habits lol
