Fix URL for Seichi Fansubs' BT page

Hi, its been brought to my attention that the link to the Seichi Fansubs BT page is incorrectly stored as:

http://d0x.dyndns.org/bt/?view=all


The correct URL is:

http://bt.webhop.org/seichi/


Please update your database, Arigato in advance ^^

...changing that link doesn't seem like a good idea...

This link (http://bt.webhop.org/seichi/) seems to be some kind of redirection script. It redirected my browser here (http://d0x.dyndns.org/bt/?g=seichi).

In other words it worked.
