Do you have a favorite moment(s) in Naruto?

I was dazing out one day while coming home one night and I started thinking about Naruto and realized that there have been some pretty amazing moments in the show. So, I wanted to ask everyone their particularly favorite moment(s) that they have from the anime. I know asking this can get a bit challenging for those who don't want to be spoiled, so I was thinking it would be courteous to keep all events after episode 35 in spoiler space? ( Actually I just picked a random number.)

In light of that I'll list my two favorite moments:

1. I can't remember the episode number, but I was feeling that moment when we first got to see the chakra of the Nine Tails. I thought that was really cool.

2. When Rock Lee opened all those gates while that doing those Lotus moves was, if not, the BEST moment in the series. Not only did that whole thing look uber cool, but it just wowed me.

Well, one of my favorite moments is when Naruto gets his forhead protector from Zabuza, and another would have to be at the end of the Haku fight when Naruto's kubi was 'unleashed', and there are much much more it would take days to days to type out all my favorite momments!

When Naruto shows up when they get attacked by orochimaru during the second chuunin trial and says " I FORGOT THE PASSWORD!"

in the 2nd test i liked "daijobu ka bibiri-kun?" cuz that was so funny, using sasuke's line back at him...

My favorite moment hands down is when haku gives his life to protect Zabuza and then Zabuza, realizing what Haku meant to him and missing both his arms, goes after the big boss that hired all the assassins with only a kunai in his mouth. That was beautiful.

Also followed up by lee doing his ura renge move...but it wasn't the same. Actually I rate Hyuuga Hinata's fight in terms of heart over Lee's. Lee and Gaara have no history. And when Hinata says, I can't lose like this when my love is watching me...that's glorious.

There are really many moments when I was amazed by the manga and by the anime...The best scenes were when Naruto first released the nine-tails chakra when fighting with Haku and Sasuke's fight with Oro.There are more in the manga but I've forgot how to use "spoilers" :(

All my favorite moments are already said...But for higlight purpose I have to mention the following:

When Sasuke engage to his first fight accompanying the old man who hired them (for their first mission with Kakashi) and he steps on those two Ninja's metal arm setting his feet apart as Naruto was frozen in fear.....That was pretty cool......

On episode 16 when it shows naruto's kyuubi eyes, it was so cool. You could tell how much hate was flowing through him with that glare.

And in ep 57 when Naruto prooves to Gama that he is a worthy summoner.

And in ep 29 when Naruto saves sasuke and says "are you scared bi-bi-kun? (kitten or something)"

Well my favorit Naruto moment of all time would be.

WARNING WARNING massive manga spoilers so dont highlight if you dont wanna know and I mean massive.

When the third Hokage sealed Oros arms and he was about to fall and die smiling you see Naruto punching Gaara in the air and the message in that scene says "The third Hokages blazing fall And so.... A new leaf sprouts."

Damn I just love that scene and I hope that the anime captures it perfectly.

I agree. I also thought it was cool when Tsunade was yelling at Kakashi after she 'cured' him as soon as she returned to the village to be the new Hokage. He looked so pathetic...

I rather liked when pretty much all the team leaders (except Asuma. I think Shikamaru even mentions that to him later :heh: ) jumped in to stop Neji at the end of his match with Hinata...

Actually, that whole fight was pretty impressive, albeit painful to watch as a Hinata fan. Made Neji's ass-kicking at Naruto's hands a whole lot sweeter, though...

-When Sasuke said that his goal is to kill someone and Naruto thinks, “Is better not be me”

-Sasuke awakening Sharingan

-When Oro did the Killer intent to Sasuke and Sakura.


-When Jiraya Unsealed the previously done seal made by Orochim (and he mention that it must have been Oro doings. Remember that we by that moment still don’t know that Jiraya is a Sannin)


-Itachi first Appearance and Kurenai and Assume face expressions.

-When Itachi present itself in form of Naruto, Naruto is really thinking this guy looks like sasuke…and when Itachi said he is my brother..That Naruto just entered in Shock!

-How JIraya found Tsunade by chance..I just remember..Jiraya and Tsunade shouting each other names.

-The Fight bettween Gaara and Kimi, Shikamaru and Tayuya, Neeji and Kidoumaru.

Well I could go on and on…. but I don’t want to bother you!

-When Itachi present itself in form of Naruto, Naruto is really thinking this guy looks like sasuke…and when Itachi said he is my brother..That Naruto just entered in Shock!That would've been awesome had Itachi not already been introduced. Though Kishimoto really did a good job on that chapter (Sasuke knocks on door, someon knocks on Naruto's door), the following events would have been incredibly much better had we not already known what Itachi looked like or that he was after Naruto.

Kakashi vs Zabuza (the way he made Zabuza look like a fool (with his Sharingan) was simply awesome.

Naruto entering the Chuunin Room (where all shinobi are) and telling them all that he is Uzumaki Naruto and that he isnt going to lose to any of them!...with Sakura choking him and apoligizing..:D (stupid girl :p ...she tries to cheer him up then try to kill him)

Gaara in the Forest of Death...the entire scene of his massacre with Team Shino...scared to death...being saved in the end..

Ino getting dissed by Neji :D (after he found out where they were...+ the scene where they try the pretend-that-you-didnt-notice)

Sasuke feeling inferior to Naruto (thinking in the hospital...)
Sasuke getting beaten up by Itachi...+ Gai kicking Jiraiya..

Naruto meeting Tsunade for the first + second time in the cafe.

Naruto channeling the Kitsune during the fight with Sasuke, when you see him all beasting out with the giant chakra image of the Kitsune behind him.

The first full-power Rasengan against Kabuto, where it blows him back about 100 feet.

Choji after he takes the last pill and goes all uber-badass. "This last strike is heavier than life!!!!"

Kimimaro...prettymuch his whole fight.



EDIT: Oh...and when Sasuke freaks out just before the Zabuza-Kakashi fight and says "If I stayed here for an hour, I'd go insane!" That was choice.

Hmm, it's such a great anime for scenes and it's been going so long that there are just so many great scene. I'll just throw out a few that come to mind though

Gaara walking past Naruto and Shikamaru on his way to fight Sasuke. The pure silence with just his footsteps, I can imagine their fear after he promised he would kill them.

I'll go ahead and say Rock Lee's dropping the weights followed by the reactions of those watching. His drunken fist as well. Such a great character.

Hinata's reaction after being seen training naked by Naruto when he is telling Kiba he saw this "ultra-pretty girl" near the waterfall. I thought the poor girl was gonna die of embarrassment.

I used to like Sasuke before he left team 7 so I liked the scene with him kicking the two chuunin in the face when the were escorting the bridge builder in thier first real mission. It gave him some cool points.

my favourite moments................ well for the first 1
1. Episode 52. i think, when jiraiya is followed by naruto...... and when naruto does that sexy jutsu in front of Jiraiya. that was hilarious.......

2. When jiraiya thinks about his training with Sarutobi..... when tsunade and orochimaru go.............. for a moment both of them are quite n then Jiraiya say......... Sarutobi sensei. you are pervert......... that was damn hilarious.

3. When itachi enters the konoha willage with Kisame,,, episode 81... return from the hidden mist............ that was my favourite episode......

4. Episode 101............ i never stopped laughing for a minute watching that episode....

5. I think it was episode 161.... in which some tries to be like Gai n lee....... and naruto trains with them all day................. that was hilarious

When Shikamaru was at final Chunnin exem thinking to forfait and then Naruto push him in ring .. and then his laying down and thinking "wtf i need all this"

The scene i remember and remained in my mind vividly is, that
Gaara said to her sister and brother. 'Temari..Kankurou.. I 'm sorry..'
after the battle with Naruto.

That scene is something special to me.
i was crying.


I was always thinking why did he say he is alone though he has a brother and sister
who took care of him.

but ,when he said sorry to them , i finally understand i am same as him.
i tend to forget things, and people naturally would be around me by seeing
things which annoy me or things i want to have.

so, i think i cried.


i have many favorite moments in Naruto, but that is one i remember

1. Gai kicking straight into Jiraiya's face. I will never forget that panel.
2. Shikamaru thinking about to forfeit like Kankuro and getting knocked into the arena by Naruto.
3. Kakashi repeating to Gai about doubleedged swords... "Right, Lee?" So ultrahard :D

Top three emotional scenes

1. Gaara's childhood... one of the most touching things I ever read.
2. Naruto being acknowledged by Iruka.
3. Sasori's "parents" falling over him because he lost focus.


Badass moments - just ubercool

1. Neji landing in front of Kidoumaru: "... and by the way... it's GAME OVER!".
2. Sasuke looking down on Naruto: "It was not meaningless... to me, you have become my closest friend". The was the longest week in my whole fucking life!
3. Gaara vs. Deidara "Jeez.. talking about the homefield advantage".
4. Tsunade slammin a wall with bare hands: "I KILL YOU".

For me it would be the Sarutobi vs Orochimaru fight, it was like a kage class cage match since the barrier was there.

My favorite scene was when Hinata told Neji that it wasn't her that was trying to fight herself, but that it was Neji who was fighting himself...very bold and emotional...
I also liked the scene where after Hinata is hurt by Neji that they stare at each other for a brief moment and than Naruto takes some of Hinata's blood and swears to defeat Neji for her....those were very emotional sequences...

Another one is when Gai kicks Kisame on the face. His pose after that and the background music, it just makes him look godly.

Someone sure did mention it(See below). I remember not posting it myself since it had just been mentioned a few posts prior to mine. I think it will take many more posts before all the great scenes in this anime are mentioned. Cus it has great moments of humor, sadness, and just plain bad-assitude.
