Please Help! Where to get Cheap Japanese Anime DVD???

Hi all,
I have been searching in the internet for few weeks. Can anyone tell me where can I get the cheapeset anime dvd? I currently buying from pirate DVD seller. They're offering me about $9-10 each discs. Can anyone find others cheaper than them?

Please let me know ASAP.

They sell pirate bootleg anime DVD (illegal DVD rips). Easy to spot because

i) they are cheap
ii) they have Chinese and English subs
iii) they are region free

Check out the Where do I buy (http://forums.animesuki.com/showthread.php?t=442) thread (In the DVD & Licensed forum) if you want to find legal DVDs to purchase. But they will cost in the $15 to $20 region.
