Does Anyone On Here Make Manga???

Hi--

I am new here, and after reading some posts, noticed that it seems that everyone on here just talks about manga that is already out there...
Does anyone actually MAKE manga on here? And publish it?

I am making a martial arts manga right now and have a few people interested in publishing it. I'll post a few pages of it on here at some point, but I just wanted to see if there were actually any serious artists on here (doodlers excluded).
