Japanese (or Chinese) music for relaxation

I am looking for Japanese (or Chinese) music which features traditional instruments from these countries, but with an easy listening, relaxing quality. Although I prefer that the music contains no vocals/back vocals, there is no problem if they contain that as long as they have the properties mentioned before.
If you have any recommendation on group names, artists, specific musics, or even better, some pointer to public domain stuff I would be grateful and pleased to literally hear you indications!

They're more a mixture of pop and traditional japanese music, but you might be interested in Rin'. Most of their music has vocals, but they use a lot of traditional japanese instruments. They're really very talented.
