Problem!

When I opened the Code Geass mkv files using MPC, the screen just shows half of the picture. Actually, the movie plays at the top part, split into 2 small screens and it's upside down. I thought I tried playing it using Zoom player but the audio is just working and there's no picture. What do I do?
