they report that the officeal website of Naruto say, that they will make a movie and a long one, and not only for 30min. So far noticed it is going to air in 2004.

There is no information further (i will keep searching to locate the info is it avaible)

Why post this again? Everybody knows that a Naruto movie's coming out in August 2004. I think it will be like 1, 1 and a half hours like the One Piece movies.

I'm one of the writers for that website actually, but people already know that there will be a movie. But since the forum has been reset there's no thread on it yet. So the mods could just rename the topic to: Naruto movie: discussion or something. You don't have to flame him for bringing back old news.

my mom said she heard from someone in japan that the movie comes out in may or april and that it is about naruto and gaara fighting and about the sand village's attempted invasion of konoha or something like that but im not sure

Pokemon? naruto has more of a chance to become DBZ. they probally make like 30 movies like dbz did also.

i really hope that the story doesnt take place in the manga coz it would suck big time then we would all have to wait for OVA's to c the rest of the series

Movies usually destroy a good series..There were actually very few series that remained popular after a movie came out..Hope Naruto doesnt have the same fate...

English translation:
Something something!! Snow Princess Ninja something something something.


^^ Can anyone translate the rest of the title? From what I understand, the movie isn't really going to follow the manga's plotline. All of this is just really hersay but sometimes rumors are true. I managed to find out the title from a friend of mine and I'm still looking for more info.

Big Battle!! It's the Snow Princess Ninja, and It's the Yukihime's (snow Princess') ninja arts book from othrer translations i've seen online..not much info is out. but i assme it takes place before the chuunin exam.

New Detail on Naruto Movie
The official Japanese Naruto anime homepage has announced that the Naruto movie "Daikatsugeki!! Yukihime Ninpouchou Datte Bayo!" (Big Battle!! It's the Snow Princess Ninja!) will open in Japanese theaters on August 21st.

Snow princess ninja?! That sounds like something that came out of Card Captor Sakura. The characters are gonna look all weird too.... Well I'll be there to watch the movie whrn it comes out and prolly trash it after the first 10 minutes.

Though, I liked some of the DBZ movies.

If I were Kishimoto I would be super happy, not about them destroying my creation with stupid movie, but like the fact that I'm sure all of his dreams are coming true right about now.

Oy there. I'm new here on the forums, but I have been DLing anime off AS now for about 2 years. This thread cought my attention, as this might be where I ( :help: hopefully :help: ) get the answer to my questions regarding the Snow Princess - affair. Is there a translated version out there? If so, where? Will someone be translating it soon if not? And nr.3 is more of a hypthetical one... there is NOTHING illegal intended about this one, I PROMISE!!! : (is there perhaps an underground translated version, swimming around?) :P

Honest to god, im glad a newcomer actually used the search function, but really there is a sticky saying: Please Do not ask about the Naruto movie

Long story short: No there is no translated version, and there will be none untill the DVD of the movie hits the shelves.

as for underground versions, don't count on it. Besides, why waste your time with a bootleg(Yes I know they can be quite good) when just a little patience will make your movie experience a lot better?
