Figured this would be more appropriate here:
Besides, we know next to nothing about episode 3 other than the main characters have gathered... I've got a feeling it might be nothing more than just a training episode...
I'm thinking the episode's more of a clarification into the future role of Mobile Section 6, and assignment of personnel into their future positions, and that Subaru and Teana's retaking of the B-Rank test would take about the first quarter of the episode. Also expect to see the new secondary characters (Alto, Lucino, Vice, Shario and the others), and I'm hoping to see Chrono as well XD

While the B-rank test might be an excuse for more action to be animated, IMO them passing it is just a plot formality. I think they'll just bring it up in words and go straight into Nanoha's evaluation of all 4 rookies at once
And yep the appearance of the clerical/administrative people(with lines of course) I also anticipate.
Shario (Itou Shizuka) and Chrono (who else) would be the voice roles I'll be looking forward to.

From the preview it looks to me that the welcoming greetings will be made by Hayate first before then Training session with Nanoha... (RH: Lets Kill them), with this training session schdualed I doult we will see the B rank test retake, since the session should have action and superior fire power :heh:...
It would be nice to see Kyon again but I think they are saving him for later, and just introduce us to the large cast in Moble Div 6, and the knights too

It's pretty much my guess as well.
A significant portion of this episode would probably be on Hayate's speech, the introduction of what this force is suppose to do.
As for the re-test, I doubt they would show another one again, so I'm fully expecting a time skip to maybe one-two weeks ahead.
Oh yeah, as much as it pains me to say this, but Kyonno probably won't appear yet...
Last I heard, he's off investigating the drones... (Can someone confirm this from chap 5?)
Any word about the (suspected) whereabouts of one rodenty librarian meanwhile? (The missing you noe who?)

From the last 2 Eps there seems to be a flashback at the start of each Ep, that makes me wonder of there is going to be a flashback regrading Erio or Caro for Ep 3 now :)

That's going to be rather explosion. And Subaru's got a neat trick up her sleeve:
She can Divine Buster Fate into friendship too. That's the best thing Nanoha could ever teach. :heh:

Don't you think their social circle are too narrow? Most people they are sharing a friendship with are whom they have known for almost ten years. New characters are introduced, now it is time see how they socialize themselves into the society, not just play with a book-addict from their childhood. No only Yunno, I don't even want to see Arf getting too much screentime given she might be in loli-mode.

Thats fine and all, except that Yuuno is the VERY reason why Nanoha is who she is today, and Arf is the one who stick with Fate through the thick and thin of her childhood.
Both are Irreplaceable in their eyes and are far more than common childhood friends.
Want me tell you the truth. I want to kick Yunno out of the show because his existence might ruin yuri, and I am tired with Arf's ever-changing appearances. I'm fine with Arf's constant shape-shifting. She prefers to be a wolf when she's around people so that she doesn't have to hide her ears, and she eventually decided that her puppy form was cuter than her adult wolf form.

I'm sure that we'll see an episode where everybody just kicks back and relaxes and hangs out eventually. Hopefully they save that until after they give a few mage battles, though. I am so ready for some mage vs. mage fights. Time for Subaru to really prove her badassery and for Fate to re-assert hers!

I heard that it's not confirmed yet if it is truly High Definition. It is digital at least. Maybe your source is telling you for sure that it is going to be real HD?

but that bed can easliy fit like what, five people? It is more like a dormitory type for military personnel, don't you think?
I find myself like Nanoha more than Fate now. She just looks so cool, confident, and absolutely radiant in my eyes. She really has turned out to be a fine young lady. Fate is more motherly. The emphasis is on "mother." I would have loved her if she was like 29, but 19? She feels kind of old to me.
But all of them, Nanoha, Fate, Hayate, look sooooo much better now they have grown up. :cool:

As cute as that picture of Rein is, I feel bad that she doesn't have enough room in that converted camera bag to stretch out on her own bed. If I was in Riot Force 6, I'd have immediately enlisted a few of the engineers to design a multi-level mansion for her out of, say, one of the dressers in Hayate's room. (That way, the cleaning staff can get to it - a Staff Seargent is busy enough, can't expect her to clean her own room too. Though, that makes designing the plumbing for the bathroom {with full sauna and whirlpool} more problematic... :thinker:)

I agree that it shouldn't be Yuuno. I honestly like the NxF pairing - and to think I wasn't even looking for it when I started watching the first season...
Problem is if Nanoha pairs up with a boy, who's could that even be? In the main cast the only boy is Erio, and *that's* not right. Any of the male officers revealed so far are older or don't appear to be main characters either and I'm sure the producers would get a lot of grief if they tried to shack Nanoha up with just anyone. IMO Chrono was the best bet, but they took him out of the market, maybe for a reason? Haha.
Secret lovers sounds better, in a way. But I guess the idea is that NxF will just be a whole bunch of subtext to death - therefore not making their relationship canon and leaving people to assume Nanoha is straight (or at least bi). I would be beyond shocked if they actually had one or the other admitting they had something for the another in the anime. I already thought the excessive blushing in s1 was leading up to something, but now that they're a little older it can't be played off as "they're just kids, awww cute" to the same degree.
What I wouldn't be surprised is if their relationship was covered later in the manga. Don't ask me how that works.
Thinking about it, romance would add yet another element to the story, but this show does well without that influence on the main character, or at least keeping her oblivious to it. Guess if it isn't broke, don't fix it?

On another note - upon further inspection, just how tall is Fate?? She's the tallest of the three aces, and she's almost as tall as Signum. o_O Wow...

Elio's style looks pretty similar to Nanoha'a ACS, showing off more of the concieved similarities of Strada with RH Excelion... Although I wonder how the matchups for next week would be determined (and the reason why Elio's gonna taste Nanoha's Devastating Friendship Powers :heh: )

Hayate's comment about the three not having the same uniform since middle school starts off a little tangent in the head for those who have read A's/StrikerS nano...:heh:
I liked the addition of the little formality of a salute they gave, and also how Hayate took it. Definitely shows how far their comradeship has come, even though it wasn't shown most of the time.
Looks like Griffiths might have the potential for GAR, from what little he interacted with the Aces.
Didn't actually appreciate the formal opening address of Hayate though...But I guess the series plot and protagonists to have a symbolic starting point.
The dynamic between Fate and Signum is still fun to watch though, with Fate of course being at the battering end of Signum's, I quote Fate, 'teasing' with the keigo and whatnot.
Storm Raider is awesome!!! Add in something sounding similar to EVA from C&C series and we have an immediate winner.
The briefing to the top brass of the TSAB...meh. I wasn't listening for more than half, even though Fate was helming nearly 7/8s of it. But we have the mid-boss objective set for the series I guess.
The training session...I guess its pretty good for exposition for the rookies' abilities and (any semblance of)teamwork, especially Elio's and Carol's. Carol's was the particular eye opener. Her buffs(boost) and summon attacks were cool, and the little surprise that came in raised BIG interest.
Its good to hear 'Exprozion' again though ^_^

Well i haven't seen the ep so i can't really comment, but i wouldn't be surprised about them talking they need to protect Nanoha. The question about her health wasn't raised just for the heck of it i assume.
And it would make sense if Vita is talking about it, since she would be the only one capable of serious protection in Nanoha's squad.
The injury will almost certainly show up. This is anime, where old wounds will ALWAYS flare up at the most inconvenient times.

The mention of the injury might seem ominous since the last episode, but what Vita said was just an effect of that manga injury incident
I think her line was 空でなのはをまもってやらなきゃいけねい
which means 'I gotta protect Nanoha(when she's) in the sky.'
or something along those lines, so its still just a one sided thing on Vita, while Nanoha most probably thinks she's ok and go full power in battle(which might bring on the consequences)

I think you're all speculating way too much as to the nature of Nanoha's injury. I've only read the first three translated chapters, with no idea where to get more. However, what I wanted to say is that I honestly feel that the manga injury isn't as serious of an injury as I thought.
From my interpretation, Nanoha getting injured partially involved Vita (was she saving vita from something), so as a result Vita feels guilt? Also, Nanoha somehow matters a whole lot to Vita now, so Vita just feels she needs to protect Nanoha to prevent something similar from happening.
Just my 2 cents. I don't think Nanoha's injury will play a major role in the series, though I could be wrong.
I'd agree if it weren't for anime precedent.

It just seem like Vita's is determinte not to let history happen again.
Frankly, I myself refuse to believe that an injury from 5+ years ago, having zero side-effects during this time, would suddenly 'open' in the middle of anything.
I'm not saying Nanoha is bulletproof, but it's more likely that any wounds would be cause by future events, not the past.
(P.S - Besides, we've all seen her naked, and there's no scarring...)
Lets not forget the possiblities that the writers might pull a curve ball and have somebody else mortally wounded instead, it's be quite the shocker :p

We were talking about a screen cap for the preview next epi bit, and it shows Erio hanging onto a thrustering Strada set on a straight line charge towards a descending Nanoha in full battle order. Not the best way to fly, but hey he's flying. Now the problem is of all people he's flying at Nanoha. :uhoh:

Nope, it is all Nanoha's own fault. In manga, Nanoha apologizes to Vita saying something like "sorry, I made mistake," and we can see how Vita blame herself. She only feels guilty because she should have noticed Nanoha wasn't in good state before bad thing happened.

Ancient Belka is the rarity, to the extent where there's only 3 known human users alive in TSAB ranks. And no, the Wolkenrietter doesn't count since they're part of Hayate anyway. The regular Belka used is an emulated version of Belka using Midchildan magic. Just think of it as emulating Apple on Windows or vice versa. It's not the same, but it allows similar effects of different magic styles using another.
Besides, considering that Riot 6 is probably going to be the task force assigned to handle the AMF drones issues, considering Fate and Nanoha's position in it, naturally they'll need more physical-based Belka mages that are capable of beating down AMF-able drones even without magic over AAA level or elemental attacks. Considering how valuble the aces are, I don't think there's over 30 or even 20 S-class mages in TSAB. While drones can be mass-produced....in who knows how many.
Anyway, the Fate x Nanoha scene doesn't remotely surprise me. In fact, all the FxN-ish scenes so far are tame, compared to some things we've seen in anime/manga that's still considered pairing-vague by standards. Besides, it's Nanoha we're talking about here. I would hardly be surprised if she allows Yuuno to sleep in that same bed when he visits over, only to wonder why he prefers the couch over the king bed. In fact, I think that bed had been slept on by more people than 2....

As for the point (besides the obvious fanservice)... in A's they were used rarely, and always at the start of a really good fight. I guess I shouldn't rush the StrikerS ones since I know that when they do SET UP, it will be followed by a kickass fight. Something sorely lacking in the series so far. :eyebrow:
Oh, and as for the Velka-thing: Subaru uses Velka magic but she's registered as a mage rather than a knight(according to Triad's character page translations). At the very very beginning of the OD, we have Nanoha alone and looking distressed for some unknown reason before showing the new characters. The ED just gives me bad vibes in general about Nanoha. There's a sad feel to it, and it's always Nanoja alone and looking saddened by something. Around 24:40 of the episode, the ED shifts to an image of the whole crew, slowly panning upward. Everyone is in their barrier jacket and looking upward/forward, but Nanoha. She's the only one in normal clothing, with her eyes closed and tilt downward with a forlorn expression. The fact her palms seem to be crossing her heart doesn't help the matter. (actually, that image in the ED bothered me the very first time I watched episode 1. I couldn't figure why she was the only one in a group picture without her barrier jacket) Right after that we see Nanoha alone in her barrier jacket, but this time she's transparent. It gave me a "former glory" vibe. :upset:
Maybe it's all nothing, and won't mean anything in the anime. I just can't help but feel the ED casts off this foreshadowing image onto Nanoha. :(

I got that same feeling as well, especially after listening to the ED song, then reading Ch.2 of the manga with Vita's flashback about Nanoha. I'm just crossing my fingers that nothing would happen to Nanoha towards the end of StrikerS. (>_<)x
But, Nanoha has already been in two close calls where she was badly or severely injured-- once during her first fight with Vita in Season 2, then in Ch.2 A's to StrikerS manga. Then in Ep.2 of StrikerS (notice '2' being repeated here...), Fate asks if Nanoha was alright, and Nanoha replies that she's alright and that she's tough. It seems Fate is very concerned about her, and her well-being.
I don't know... it's too early to make any assumption. However, with the new threat and Nanoha taking on a greater challenge most likely, something tells me this may be the hardest challenge Nanoha will take... hopefully, not the last.

Well, having seen the raw but only getting the gist of things due to my japanese skills tending towards 0:
About the whole Nanoha's old war wound thing... the manga mentions this:
According to the manga (A's to StrikerS Phase 02), She apparently was quite seriously injured during what Vita remarks on having been simple mission (patrol?) around some ruins ends up turning nasty when _something_ (lost logia?) attacked them, and it's implied that Nanoha shielded Vita from the attack. Vita remarks that their current mission in the Striker's manga brings back the bad memories of that incident- meaning it couldn't have been that recently (+6 years from end of A's)
Later on (Phase03), Signum remarks that Fate failed the exam (For Enforcer/Comissioned Officer?) twice in a row, and Nanoha says its because Fate had been worried about her condition. I figure the injury about 2-3 yrs before the manga (so that the memory has time to fade somewhat, and for everybody to have settled into their carreers). Nanoha seems to be completely fine during the LL retrieval mission, and the others don't seem to be hovering.
A possible reason for Fate's concern could be that Nanoha was the first (and probably only) member of their tight knit group to have been seriously injured in the line of duty, so everybody tends to worry about her. It's also quite probable that as the "Ace of Aces", she ends up in heavy combat more often that the others, and may have been injured recently.
And now for the episode:

On closer perusal, It actually may be single main rotor after all, with a No Tail Rotor
(NOTAR) system, since it lacks the tail rotor quite obviously. Hope to see some landings /extractions from Hot LZs!! It does look a bit kludgey though, in design.

As of the time I was typing this out, no one had remarked on the awsomeness of
the... let's call it Virtual Materiality Simulator. Danger Room/Holodeck, eat your heart out! Be a shame if we only see it in this one episode. Be interesting to see some other terrain besides a city-scape. Hayate's pitch for her unit certainly seems to have shaken some resources loose. I gather part of the reason for the training exercise was to gather data on the troop's devices and use of magic, so that Sally could set up their upcoming devices. Saw some interesting moves their.
I really wonder what Carol's summoning square has to do with Lutecia's, if anything. I have to say, if baby Friedrich's breath blast looks like that, maybe there is a good reason why we haven't seen any full grown dragons. :p

could be pulling some other units /civilians chesnut's out of the fire. I can't tell if the two bridge bunnies are her assistant, or just generally assisting the set up of Shamal's office.
Hayate's briefing- did she say "Overtechnology"?? SRW reference, right?
So, the red jewel that appears in the OP is a major plot point. It also happens to be the LL that was retrieved back in the manga. It also seems to be responsible for the airport disaster- as well as some other incident (the one from the manga?)
I don't get any of the japanese, but I think that these red crystals (Relics) are believed to be associated often with certain ruins- ie. people wanting to acquire them, and the Drones that seem to seek them out are going to be a problem.

The word knight (騎士, kishi?) denotes a practitioner of the Belka magic system, especially those who have mastered the style and techniques of the system. The Wolkenritter (Signum, Vita, Shamal, and Zafira) are all considered Belka knights.
Subaru and Erio are not knights because they have yet to master the system. The title can't be given easily.

I suppose any Velka user with decent skill can claim to be a knight, just like Jedi Knight and Padawan, and Subaru claims to be a mage simply because she's Nanoha-wannabe (and incidentally, Nanoha's a mage as she's a Midchilda user).
I interpret the preview as being- "All of you attack me at once, with killing intent- It's the only way you'll even touch me! " The rest go back to the academy for another year! :heh: Nanoha taking on the rookies together has so much potential :)
I imagine the white devil annahilating them without taking a single hit, even though they come at her at full power or with cunning plans, breaking Kyaro's chains, resisting dragonfire, outmaneuvering Erio, accel-shooting Tea, and knocking out Subaru with a minimum power divine buster... And then collapsing, clutching her chest, puking or something after going offstage. It would show how powerful she is, yet still speak volume about the newbies' skills, as well as introduce her "illness" :mad:

The funny thing is that while with her flight skills Nanoha could probably easily evade their attacks, they probably can't scratch her even if she stands still. Same deal as with YnS eating the point-blank Excelion Buster... if there's a big enough power difference the barrier jacket can handle even heavy-duty attacks alone.
Armor almost always plays second fiddle to speed in combat anime... but while Nanoha has its share of speed freaks it seems like the armor is even more significant. For the most part only close combat and the most powerful beam or wide-area attacks do significant damage to a well-armored mage. Signum taking that plasma lancer and just dropping out of the blast like it was nothing, Nanoha surviving the Phalanx Shift and immediately countering... the well-armored mages do well for themselves.
I have been speculating. The following is entirely serious.
What if the device and hints of Nanoha powering down are linked together? The LL that Fate was talking about is yellow and red in colour, the very two colours that make up Raising Heart.
We all know that Hayate has a power advantage over Nanoha because of her Lost Logia. What if they intend to make Nanoha more powerful than Hayate by fusing her with a Lost Logia as well?
So Nanoha powers down first due to some circumstances (I am still wagering that it is due to Raising Heart's ill effects on her), only to power up later on? It's the only reasonable way for Nanoha to exceed Hayate in terms of power.
If the relic operates in the way I think it operates, then my thoery will gain credence, so I will be waiting for the fansubs to see.

Heh, but Nanoha did not tank the Phalanx Shift woth only her barrier jacket through... she did have a hidden ace, a precasted widearea protection. However by the looks of Reinforce tanking Excelion Buster, I would say all B rank attacks can be ignored. Which leave I guess Teana's AA rank shooting attack, Subaru's DB as some attacks that may do damage... then you add the draining factor from using those skill by the new stars... The Future looks girm.

Well Skane it did seems to say Relic is a high energy condsensed crystal of some sorts. so it could indeed work.... But how the hell the ferret got hold of it, since he should know if its a LL right...

There has been no side-effects of that incident other than a worried Fate, and a paranoid Vita.
Also, you should be able to see signs of "Wear & Tear" long before anything major happens.
Think about it, the 2 people that are worry are her close friends, thats nothing unusual. I'll be worry if Shamal, their resident doctor, starts sweating over Nanoha doing any exercise.

Well, technically, Fate has always been a tad stronger than Nanoha, just like Chaos2Frozen pointed out. Nanoha just had more motivation or w/e when they were fighting. (And she likes to use big, flashy attacks). Judging from magical power, Fate should be able to chunk out a bit stronger attacks than Nanoha. (and now we can add Nanoha's supposed health problems in to the equation as well)...

It was never mentioned that there was a correlation between Nanoha's Virtual Training and RH's power drain, despite being lumped together in the same chapter. All we know is that Nanoha is just that powerful a mage that she can cope with the increased magic demands of RH, to the point where it actually seems negligible, whereas a normal mage would tire easily if they used RH (probably the reason Yuuno never fully deployed RH to seal the Jewel Seeds).
As you can see there's a bit of an argument over why Raising Heart drains power at the moment. There are those who believe that the A's manga was mistranslated and that it is training, and there are those who believe that the translation is correct in stating that Raising Heart continually drains energy.
I personally find that there is a better case for a continual drain, as opposed to any specific training. At this time, the only real evidence that suggests the former is one panel that says "pressure mode". Everything else is just a series of assumptions without a real base. Yet there can be no real argument about it, as the idea requires that the manga be mistranslated. I may not know much japanese, and I only have the scanlation, but even if you attempted to mistranslate the manga, the panels wouldn't make sense if Raising Heart was "training" as opposed to "draining". And I don't think that's the heart of the problem, rather people link two story elements together only because of their proximity of their mention in the story (it's like Mary Magdalene being labelled as aprostitute only because her story came immediately after that of a prostitute's, thus Pope Gregory labelled her and the prostitute together, even if it was clear in the actual text that they are two different people).

Finally got the raw...
Damn good, if someone still slow episode.
My Notes:
-And Mobile Section 6 is born... and it's quite smaller than I expected, but it does make for a more efficient and more tightly know force.
- Most of the new cast seem to be okay, especially Griffith (getting embarrased by his initially small stature ^^;;; ), Vice (the happy go lucky type), and Shario, who gets the most screentime.
- I really need to know what Signum was talking about with Fate back there...
- Storm Raider is quite large and boxy helo, in contrast to the sleek and sharp lines of the helicopter in episode 1 and 2. But then again, if you're carrying a large amount of troops and equipment, a flying box is the best shape to do so. And yeah, Storm Raider's AI rocks XD
- That virtual hologram open training island > Danger Room anyday :D
-The part I'm dying to see the subs for: Hayate and Fate's report with the top brass. From what I can gather, they talk about the general situation with the "Relics" and... "OVER TECHNOLOGY", as if StrikerS needed a more direct Super Robot War reference :D :D :D
- Elio really is the close combat type, with an attack dynamic similar to Fate (as expected), although he tends to move much quicker. Hell, he even has his own air slash ala Arc Saber.
- Caro's already cool with her buff spells. I'm assuming Barret Power increases damage on magical attacks. (I'm assuming they reference the Barret part from the firearm manufacturer of the same name).
- Did Nanoha just order the AMF field power increased to trip Subaru's Wing Road? :twitch: Ouch, it's gotta hurt getting tossed into a window Subaru... but at least, you shared Nanoha's pain when she did the same 10 years ago (you even spun the same way she did) :heh:
- Strada really is Graf Eisen MK II in voice and style XD
- For the one who's supposed to be the most skilled in physical combat, it sucks that Subaru only had a single drone kill...
- ...on the other hand, for such a small whelp, Friedrich is unusually powerful for his size, his initially puny Blast Flare turning into a napalm strike :heh: And Caro does use that Square magic array, but only with Alchemic Chain... she still uses a Mid array for her other spells.
- But for the coolest move of all, Teana takes the cake with Variable Shoot, a magic shot that penetrates two AMF's at once? AWESOME
(if its description is correct, it works somewhat like the Defiant's Pulse Phaser Cannons on Star Trek: DS9...)
- So Raising Heart's also a commentator now? Sure has gone a looong way...

So it's continue to fascinate me... The Reunion, The Friendship, The Teamwork Group. The most important scene i see, is the Reunion with everyone about the Lost Logia Relique (On The End of The Op)
The Second Theme is about the Training, a little more about the Machina, the A.M.F and how everyone join their forces after losing the First Round... I'm almost amazed about Elio and Subaru's skill, Kyaro's skill too, about Subaru, don't have any comment for the moment because it's almost the Same^^;... Well about the End... Family Reunion, and Loli Rein in her Box. Those kids are our future.

I know the real life reason for Rein being tiny. But my in-show voice is still telling me -- why the hell don't they just make Rein normal-sized, instead of trying to find tiny office furniture? =P

LOL. That's so funny! :D :D :D :D. Going back on ominous comments, it seems that Nanoha's health will take most of the threads if they keep dropping hints about it in the episodes :sad:. About Nanoha x Fate: Even if Fate feels like that I doubt Nanoha feels the same (as much as I would like her to :heh: ). Actually I doubt she feels like that for anyone be it Yuuno, Chrono, Fate or anyone else. I think romance isn't gonna be an issue in StrikerS .

Nanoha strikes me as the kind of character who... shares. I wouldn't be surprised to see Nanoha in a serious relationship with any or all of the frequent pairings. Then again, I was just on the worst message board in the universe for two hours. My mind isn't exactly working normally.

Now that I've watched the episode again, I think I'll comment on it more.
First thing's first: I underestimated Teana. Really surprised me, and she's actually quite impressive. She still needs to improve her aim(she takes too long to shoot for any direct confrontation), but even now she has demonstrated the ability to be a good support mage. Let's see if she can go beyond that.
Nanoha: It's worrying. It really is. Don't think anything bad is going to happen until she really strains herself, but I think she will. Too much and… well, I won't be too surprised if she dies at the end.
As for the rest, we've already seen how Subaru fights, so there's no surprises there. Except the AMF blocking Subaru's attack was a little surprising to me. Elio isn't too different from what I've imagined, though he's a bit faster. Caro's… well, didn't expect the square circle. I'm still quite interested in seeing how she'll fight, we still haven't seen much.
Vita and Signum haven't changed one bit. I want to see Vita with Nanoha again, also want to see her with the new characters. Hopefully next episode.

I think she won't exactly "fight" herself - seems much more like a support mage. Buffing others and casting binding spells (possibly some healing as well if needed) is what she is going to do, imo. Her little dragon is her direct attack :)

One possibility is that Nanoha might have suffered permemant damage to her Linker Core, perhaps causing her Linker Core to become weaker and weaker over the years, to the point where her natural magic regen rate is dangerously close to Raising Heart's constant drain.

Not necessarily needed imo. Never underestimate a support character - it can be of much greater value than the one leading the spearhead ;)

It was apparently mentioned back in the Post A's manga chapter 1... Though with some translation errors, the reason is unconfirmed.
Personally, all this conspiracy theories of Nanoha going down hard is made up of 20% old stuff that happened 5-10 years ago, and 80% paranoia.
My bet is still on something non-related to the past.
