I was seeding this earlier, check your connection or the tracker is down.

to make sure its not bittorrent acting up, stop you torrent. then delete/remove the torrent from your list, but DO NOT delete the data. re-add the torrent to your bittorent, chose save location and pick the file where u left off. start it again and it should resume download if your not having other connection problems like a blocked firewall.
