I'm kind of sad while thinking what a great anime and yet no magazine scans, not great pics and so on ... seeing episode 12 I decided to make a wallpaper, 2 versions:

well..nice to know that people liked the onsen pic. As for Helen's actions..she seems like that character. For a Yuri couple I like Miria and Helen pairing more than Deneve and Helen. Infact if i have time..i will try drawing maybe a bed scene between the two :D

Since Clare would have all the same girly parts as Teresa, she'd know full well that they don't hurt (except for certain occasions), which would make that a pretty silly question.

Well..I m actually a romance and emotional freak. Claymore is one of the rare action series i m so crazy about and that being only because of its emotional content. So, i always like to picture these girls in my favourite animes. Ophelia and Clare eh. Well it almost hasto be some sort of game. Those 2 are more suited for Fanfic and "Manga strip". Then singel drawings in my opinion. Unless one adds atlest one talk bubble from Ophelia "Lets play a game" Since overall their not 2 that "suit" each other in any real way except that kind of setting i belive.

Other interesting parings could be: Flora and Clare. Raki and Pricilla. Raphaela and Lucelia aswell as Riful and Duph.

But yeah, there are pics which have taken me twelve hours too...u can find it in my artwork thread

I know. Why dont you run a weekly thing instead ? Like aim for 1 Regular picture a week release weekend or something. Run a mini pol. With the impression i have from you so far i know you have things you want to draw. Then there are all the requests. So why dont you like post up 2 things you might want to draw. Let people post up a few requests. You pick the 2 requests you like the best. Then place the 4 Options up for a minivote. First to get 3 or 5 Votes gets to be drawn.

Like Saturday: Post up your 2 suggestions, give 24h to gain requests. Sunday place the pol (Run 24h tops). By Sunday the picture is placed up. Giving you something around a week. I hate to sound a bit demanding of you. But your fanart is almost as addicting as the manga at times. Always wondering how your work will turn out next.

hehe, figured out where I went wrong on proportions. Looks like not using a drawing board causes parallax and creates the optical illusion to you that you have drawn things correctly from your point of view. Time to use the old drawing board to keep things from stretching out wierd. :)

I tried to do some Claymore fanarts, but both were massive failures of epic proportions (word to D-Roy for my Bleach fans...)

Tried to draw a Claymore/Lucky Star parody involving Clare, Helen, Deneve, and Miria imitating this scene in the OP (http://img45.imageshack.us/my.php?image=luckystar04hr6.jpg).

Then I tried drawing Ophelia sitting with her legs crossed and hands folded posing but in "put-of-character" attire in the form of a summer dress and all...that failed miserably too as I couldn't draw the legs properly.

Both of these didnt even make it to the scanning stage; I was so disgusted I threw both of them out. lol

Ok, little request in a more modern setting, because Toxic's doing such wonderful work. :)

Some of the cute schoolgirl bits, plus Toxic's re-imagining certain other anime's images with Claymore characters, got me thinking of a nice, cute setting: Azumanga Daioh.

Now, just school uniforms would be boring, but each of the characters in AD has a 'style' for their everyday clothing that I think could work well in a crossover image. To that end, something based on this image (http://70.145.51.29/images/azumanga-daioh_19.jpg) would be nice. (reduced version; if you want a full-size for more detail, I'll swap it out)

With a crossover template of

Sakaki > Galatea
Chiyo > Riful
Kagura > Clare (or Miria)

Tomo > Helen
Yomi > Deneve

Osaka > Irene/Ilena (bemused/dour look, not spacy) (or Clare)


Alternate template:

It would be pure evil vs. pure evil! I can't even imagine a clear victor for this fight, and both characters have that enigmatic and elegant aura to them, which would definitely make for an amazing picture.

Yeah, yeah I'll try to curb my crossover fantasies, but it's just too hard not to imagine these fights!

Marked for Death II, Vol. 4, pg. 113 has a side profile of chibi-Clare's head.

I say it's quite possible for it to be chibi-Clare and it makes the most sense, in my opinion.

It's Clare, the pic is from the inside cover of vol.5 of the manga. That volume focused heavily on Teresa and Clare so I can't think of any others.

As for the pic...i think its Clare too..because only Galatea or chibi-Clare comes close to the description and its unlikely ,that its Galatea because of the hair. Chibi Clare is more probable except for she looks a bit mature
