That would be Cinque, a villain from Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS. She's part of the Numbers combat cyborg group and her name means her number.
This could be a strange coincidence since Claymore manga and the StrikerS anime came up around the same time.
"That girl's Number 5?"

-Funny none-the-less.

Upon further research: The seiyuu for both characters wound up on the same episode of Jigoku Shoujo (Hell Girl). After that, they became their respective Number 5s. So, they kinda are connected by sheer coincidence.

I don't think that Claymore manga and Nanoha Strikers came up around the same time. Rafaela appeared in manga long before that. But I agree that it was only coincidence.

In the first page it looks dark probably because of the lighting, I don't really care about that stuff it looks great. I also think the skin should be more of a grey so that its like a zombie look, and that the hair should probably be grey too.
