may i ask for people who are uploading scans from the manga to put it in a spoil tag please? such example would be post #7825, I don't plan to read that far yet because I am waiting for the translated manga to come out which is every 3-4 months. I am well aware of what Helen said. This is the only time Clare's age has ever been mentioned in the entire Manga.

I have a rather uncanny memory of this particular Manga for some reason.

If we go back and look at some context clues from previous chapters, we are still able to speculate on her age. How would Helen know Clare's age? They first met at an AB hunt. Clare is not exactly the type to talk about herself.

Heck, Helen and Deneve are both speculating themselves. None of the G7 seem to realize their own strengths these days. Just how are they going to Judge Clare's ability, let alone her age?

:) We're hijacking the image thread and turning it to a speculation one, but as far as them knowing Clare's age, it is real simple: I am sure that Miria has researched everything she could about Clare after the Slayer's arc. So Miria knows Clare's age and passed it on. As for Clare being younger than Cynthia despite not looking it, it is real simple: Clare is more cold and doesn't show emotion, so looks older than she is; Cynthia has problems hiding hers.

On one hand the viewer wants to lick the chocolate off the cute neko-chan's tail; on the other hand, the picture suggest of neko-chan licking something else, something much more sinister, when she swishes her tongue across her lips, and since the tail is the suggested other, the metaphoric unwanted thing, the viewer should feel repulsed from licking the tail. The picture is an example of contrasting feelings: desire and repulsion for something at the same time. :upset:

OK. If I'm not mistaken, I think I can figure out now what was wrong.

There is one question talking about the idle in Claymore. I think the answer should be 7 years. But for some reasons when I did the quiz I understood that it asked about how long is Claymore manga published. So I answered 8 years. LOL :heh: silly me...

Its a bit too easy. It would have been harder if you asked for example:

How many Claymores were in Pieta?

or

How many Awakened Beings were killed before Rigardo attacked?

or yet

How many Awakened Beings did Miria hunt before the Slasher's arc?

@Snider: In case that you want to make it harder or more challenge. I suggest that you should separate questions into many sections.

Section 1: ordinary question - Ex. What does Yoma eat? What effect of the pill?
Section 2: story question - Ex. What's number of the awaken who was killed by Duff in the witch's maw arc? Which town it is that Teresa first met with Clare?
Section 3: character question - Ex. This xxx symbol belong to whom? Who has S level yoki?
Section 4: picture question - Cut some parts of the pic from manga and ask who/what is this? I think this type of question is very hardcore.

If you want you can add misc questions like what was the year that Claymore first published or who was in the front pink cover of Claymore volumn 12. :heh:

To make it even more harder, add more choices like No right answer or All are right answers. :D

This will guarantee that you truly are Claymore hardcore fan if you can make perfect score. Well, I'm also not sure if I can even make it above 80% :eyespin:

I also suggest to separate score into range like this.

S+ 100%
S 90-99%
A 80-89%
B 70-79%
C 60-69%
D 50-59%
E below 50%

:p I got an 85, but I still think it was easy. One of the questioned that tripped me up was what color is the emblem on the sword. :) It made me pause for awhile, half tempted to look, but is that an Anime specific question, or does the manga say?

Rosemary would classify at the same category as agatha...
Not even priscilla is considered an abissal...mostly its the former n1 claymores which awakened that rule (or ruled) the lands of south, north and west.

I never think of Rosemary as an Abyssal mostly due to the fact that I don't think that Teresa would be able to defeat Luciela as easily as she defeated Rosemary. And Luciela is probrably the weakest out of the 3 Abyssals, even tough she is the best

Well, see, it is all a matter of personal preference regarding stretching the page out versus thumbnails. Personally, I think thumbnails should only be used for large, wallpaper sized, images. It would detract from the artistic quality if you thumbnail an image that fits in the browser space. I rather not have people put a bunch of images in spoilers either for quantity. As for the scrolling, it works fine here on this AMD Turion(tm) 64 X2 Mobile Technology TL-62 2.2ghz machine running a Compiz Fusion Desktop (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y4wB3GUemVw), and since this is a year old laptop, it isn't the most souped up machine out there. What I'm saying is: this is non-highend system, running on a 3d desktop, and I have no probs scrolling down on the browser. There is a certain level of system requirment -- in my opinion -- that comes with browsing and image thread, like for instance Broadband, and a fast enough system that can handle multiple images on a web page. I don't feel no guilt because someone has a lowend system. The bit about making the pages longer is a valid point, but that is a taste thing. You can't keep everyone happy. As for spoilers, I prefer if they are only used for Nudity and large pictures that would mess up centering. There are technical reasons if you spoilers that way that using spoilers for quantity becomes annoying.
