I'm looking for kind of more laid-back anime, some that are just fun to watch! Any suggestions? It doesn't matter if it has serious parts, just as long as its enjoyable. No harem animes please. :) I also like shojo.

Aria (http://anidb.info/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=anime&aid=2659) - if laid back and relaxing is what you want, this is it. This one can make me sleepy :)

Abenobashi Magical Shopping Arcade and FLCL, both by Gainax and both licensed, are quite funny. But I'd also put Jungle wa Itsumo Hale noche Guu and School Rumble ahead of them. Nodame Cantabile (currently airing) is also quite funny at times, but it has a serious side and some wonderful classical music as well.
