According to Gunota, a MSG based on the OYW is going to be released this year (not sure). Based from the movie clip on the game's site, it'll include MS from 0079, 0080, 8th MS team, and maybe more.

It appears I'll be enjoying this game for a couple of reasons; it has sniper scope capabilities :D, and not to mention...

These were from the official site but then added to YouTube as the official version are streamed. Same with the latest video I linked to.

Also from the new ad it seems what is covered is 0079 (see a lot of Char, Amuro, Kai, etc. though I think I recall there being more then that, like Blue Destiny, etc content but not sure. I think I heard this when the game was first announced and the first information was coming out), 0080, 8th MS Team, and seems like an original story being included in the game.

You can see a part of the Blue Destiny story in the first commercial, looks good but honestly do we need yet another OYW game?

looks fantastic, like wow this is going to be huge, but I don't really like the wii (I feel it makes you look retarded although the control scheme is perfect for gundam).

Probably not. I wish they'd do a game around the Zanscare conflict to be honest.

Hmm, this reminds me of that Side Story game for the Dreamcast. It looks a bit like it too with the orange HUD :heh:.....

True we might not need another one but it's the most clear cut in terms of factions in Gundam I think. There is to much side switching and lack of military connections in other series. Still I want a OYW game like this though that is completely from the Zeon point of view from start all the way till 0080 or so. Zeonic Front was okay but once you start going up against Amuro and the Gundam it simply wasn't fun anymore. One hit kills from a beam rifle aren't fun when you are on the recieving end of it.

TBH, if it's like Side Story at all, I'd be extremely happy. I loved the hell out of that game and this one seems like the spiritual successor of that game w/ waggle. =)

With this game and DQ:Swords coming out the same day, my JP Wii is going to be busy.

yeah, I kept playing that game because at that time there just wasnt a equivalent. It was fun, and I hope if this game is like Side Story, I hope they make a better version of Side Story. Side Story had alot of potential to be great :)

Yeah, Side Story was very fun; thats the only reason I bought a Dreamcast. :D Shooting the Zaku's limbs off with a beam rifle FTW. I also noticed the the map on the bottom corner looks like the one in SS.

I'm hoping they actually sneak in the White Dingo team into this game. I mean we get some of the BD story in this (can't wait to control the Efreet) and I'd love a reproduction of Side Story with waggle. We need some GM Sniper action!

gundams games are to japan as ww2 games are to the u.s.... HAH that game actually looks playable.
